Lokasi prime, Kamar bersih dan wangi. Staff ramah dan sangat membantu. Hanya menu breakfast yang harus diperbanyak variasi nya.

Friendly courteous staff, location near airport. Not too much facilities. Room and bed very clean, just That my corner room probably wall expose to rain and was sipping through causing stain. Early morning can hear school announcement. Good wake up call

Saya menginap untuk urusan bisnis, hotelnya dekat dengan bandara dan kamarnya cukup luas. Makanan juga cukup komplit, hanya saja parkiran yang terbatas dan jika hujan deras jalanan depan hotel tergenang cukup tinggi.

One of the staff was not friendly at all. She doesn’t even smile; she is not helpful and the other receptionist I guess he is new. He is asking her nicely but she is so rude toward him. This kind of behaviour should not be at the front to greet customer.

Transit stay with family, came early in the morning and eventhough check-in policy was 15.00, we were able to come in at 11 AM, really appreciated. Kids enjoy their room and also close to nearby street food.

Hotel re-brand, tapi oleh grup Marriott, jadi kualitasnya baik, new interior, lokasi strategis, dekat ke Kuta, makanan good, ada 2 bir gratis tiap hari.

Previous hotel name is Vasanti. I stayed for 2 nights with my family and booked 2 connecting rooms (1 deluxe & 1 superior). If We see the Hotel building from the front its looks not fancy, but the room are very convenience and clean. The breakfast also great not many choices but fit with the needs for breakfast. The location is very near to German beach & lippo mall also airport. The rate also good. Big concern on the parking space, its too small only occupied less than 10 cars.

Near to Airport. Room is spacious enough with long couch. Nice design of Bathroom. I tried the gado-2 for supper, tasty enough.

The staffs are very helpful. Very detail on explaining about the service. The room is very spacious. Unfortunately the breakfast just fine.
