Hotel strategis, tinggal turun ke belakang sudah Chinatown. Dapat kamar pertama suasananya ga enak, pojok, lalu berasa hawanya ga enak, tapi gpp cuma numpang tidur. Eh, kita minta resepsionis untuk tukar, diperbolehkan, wih senang dapat kamar bagus.

Staf kurang ramah, kamar sempit, kamar mandi sempit padahal setting untuk 3 orang, air sedikit tersumbat (lama mengalir) di toilet.

Ada kartu go-kl saya terselip di waktu checkout, tapi dijanjikan nanti 19 November 2024 saya balik. Kalau lagi menginap dijanjikan dikembalikan, mudah-mudahan saja.

Nyaman untuk yang numpang tidur. Dekat dengan pusat makanan.

One of the worst experience ever. Eventho I book the deluxe room (which was supposed to be better than their standard room) 1. Biggest issue were bed bugs, there were many of them. And 2 type of bugs! I encounter them at late night, and they won't let me change rooms, they only offer to change the sheets (which I don't think will solve the issue at all) 2. Rooms are indeed not clean at all, it was dusty, dark, damp and moldy. As you can see from my picture there were even trash on top of the headboard. I even found an empty water bottle from prev guests under my curtain. Even though my room had a window and yet its still feels very damp and moldy. 3. I was given room on the 7 floor, you need to change 2 lifts and several stairs to reach the rooms, the lift feels like it will fell down any second, very shaky and unsafe. The public area corridor of the rooms are also dirty, the carpets are dusty and smelly. 4. Location wise, if ure aiming for chinatown its quite good. However there are many other hotels with similar pricing and better quality and hygiene around, so don't waste your money staying at this hotel. Also if ure gonna use grab, chinatown area will always be fee surcharge area, so not recommended. The only + side of this hotel is the management approve my request for a refund (I booked 4 nights, decided to check out after just 1 night) PS: they do indeed will give you a"gift"if you give them 5 start review, hence the high rating, but don't be fooled. I change my hotel to bukit bintang area, hotel aman. Its 1000 % better than this hotel for sure (with similar pricing) and + you can walk to TRX or Pavilion area.

When I arrived, the receptionist already told me that the elevator was out of service and they asked whether I wanted to do the refund. I said I'm OK to stay without using elevator, but I need someone to pick my luggage. They did help in pick up the luggage. But they gave me the 6th floor and I was surprised to know that I need to use the emergency exit. And it was so dangerous for me since I was travelling alone. I didn't know that it was so far from the entrance and I need to climb to 6th floor. Then I ask to refund after. Since I booked for 2 days, I said it 's OK if they gave me refund for just one day. But, t hey said I need to contact Traveloka. And I did asked Traveloka but in Malaysia number and the staff told me to contact the Indonesia staff since I paid using Rupiah. And the hotel said they couldn't give the refund. All the receptionists and the one who picked the luggage for me were all fine. But, I didn't know about the safety inside the hotel since I need to use the emergency ladder and you need to see it by yourselves how it looks like. Dear Floresta Hotel, I believe, it will be good if you contact the booked customer via Traveloka using Traveloka to inform us about the elevator and it would be good if you could help us to contact Traveloka at your hotel.

Staff hotel ramah saat check in dan check out. Tidak ada kendala beli di app, semoga pelayanan-nya boleh lebih ditingkatkan lagi yaa, terima kasih 😍

Sangat tidak recommended buat yang bawa stoller, karena pake tangga, dan lift y pindah-pindah sangat jauh, kalau solo sih murah dan ok lokasi.

The accommodation is good, looks like the picture, comfy, has good facilities, good reception, good room, everything here is perfect. I think I'll choose this place if I come back.

Very good 👍, strategic location, close to famous Petaling Street/night market, surrounded by restaurants, food stalls, food courts, close to market/shopping centre, near Pasar Seni/and train station, walking distance to Pudu bus terminal, even Chow Kit wet market, and this is Chinatown at Kuala Lumpur. The room itself spacious, clean, tidy, full amenities, also fridge and safety box inside the room. Using high quality linen sheet, pillow, and blanket.
