The room was terrible!! I could say First room arrived have cigarette smell Second room have dust all area!!!!!! I have to clean the counter for my make up as I can’t accept it. Blanket is dirty and dust seem like this room didn’t use for a while but I have sleep like that as I came back from outside too late night Need to prove your housekeeping service as urgently!!!!!!!!!!!! Super terrible They make my holiday so terrible with bad experience

Very comfortable to stay for business and medical trip—meals and supermarket nearby to the hotel, also access to public transportation within walking distance.

They make up room at 2pm and I can't sleep I have been heard they shut the door very loudly poor me.

The room and bathroom were generally clean despite the smell of dust. However, the area is quite small and there isn't any ventilation (no windows). A comfortable stay overall.

Location near National Stadium. Fast check-in and check our process. The room is small, no window but clean. Perfect if you have many outside activities and are just looking for accommodation to sleep.

The staff were kind and helpful. The room was simple and mostly clean, though the bathroom was a little dirty. There also was no hand soap provided, which would have been nice. Overall, the big window and clean bed made for a good stay.

Phòng khá sạch, dọn phòng hàng ngày, nhà vệ sinh nước chảy mạnh, có nước nóng nhưng mùi hơi hôi. Thời điểm tôi nghỉ khách sạn đang sơn mặt ngoài nên không được mở rèm cửa sổ nhưng không được thông báo trước khi đặt phòng. Do đang sửa chữa đến hết 15/9/2023 nên đêm có tiếng ồn. Check in và out nhanh chóng. Khách sạn ở ngay mặt phố Lavender, gần 2 điểm bus và 2 điểm mrt, thuận tiện đi lại

Never again try this. Minimum 3 star OK. The room smells musty and very humid, the AC directly hit my face.

Better prepare for the receipt as my guest was asked to pay again because the property mistaken his reservation for an unpaid one. But overall it was a decent stay.

The room is clean but you can't turn off the AC (it 's centralized) though you can change the temperature. It 's very cold since it rains a lot at that time. Shower is leaking but still usable, the hot water are great. The wall is thin so you can hear noise or sound outside. I stayed at valentines day so a loud of suspicious moans are happening loud and clear. Location is great just 5 minutes walk from nearest train or bus stop.

It 's okay, I don't have any bad experience. Room is clean, bed is comfortable, bath room and the shower works well, AC is remarkably fine. The staff is helpful. Wifi was a good speed. The location is near Fairprice so you can buy snacks, and lots of restaurant around. Bear in mind that I just know from my Singapore friend this is a love motel. Since I stay out all day, the room it 's adequate to rest, sleep and shower. What 's missing is there 's no spray bidet on the toilet. Other than that I had good experience for 2 nights. Thanks!
