Very good location, many cute shops and restos nearby and walkable to city center. Set in middle of LGBT area, the area was not that loud at night but there was a group of partyers living in a unit that partied till 5am and that was loud. Host was fast to communicate but things we requested were only able to be delivered to us the next day. Also, there was no whatsapp to communicate and we communicated over email. We also felt the apartment was not very clean and one of us kept having eye allergies as soon as she steps in the apartment. Pictures def look a lot nicer/newer/cleaner than reality. Also had some wear down problems like water drips from upstairs. Also did not feel any AC. Also the pillows came as one long thin cushion pillow. We came as 6 girlfriends and the pillows were uncomfortable and hard to share between us.

Bad experience. We used the code provided by the hotel but cannot work. We waited for more than 15 minutes outside the apartment building in heavy rain. We found some other guests also try their code but also failed. We called and called but no body answer and other guests also tried to use their ways to contact but no reponse. No reception on duty. Really bad experience. Not easy for some people to do the self check-in machine. The email didn't tell very clear so some guest also asked what room they should go.

Excelente estadia. A localização é privilegiada, o apartamento estava impecável e absolutamente fiel às fotos, proporcionando uma experiência muito confortável — realmente nos sentimos em casa. O único ponto negativo foi o barulho vindo do apartamento superior, especialmente durante a noite, o que acabou comprometendo um pouco o descanso. Ainda assim, a experiência geral foi extremamente positiva, sem qualquer ressalva em relação à hospedagem em si. Quando voltar a Madri, certamente considerarei me hospedar novamente no Slow Chueca.

Limpia, más amplia de lo que se veía en la fotos, cómoda con todo lo que se necesita. La ubicación muy conveniente.

The check in is an absolute nightmare because their website is laggy and it will take you two hours so prepare for it because you absolutely need it or you will be outside the building with no one opening the door because they don’t have anyone on site. I told them many times I was having issues with check in but they just kept saying to keep trying without any assistance. Also the only way you can get a response fast is by calling and for me that was going to cost a lot in fees from my international phone company. If not, all you get is a robot with pre-programmed responses. The room is ok and in a good location but they say they have a washer and dryer and they only have a washer. This was the main reason we booked. We had to wait over an hour between showers because the water would turn cold pretty fast.

Lots of space for a central apartment. Had everything we needed. Great value!

Todo limpio, tranquilo y cuidado.

Todo perfecto en el alojamiento. Ya me he alojado varias veces en uno de los apartamentos de Slow Suites y me gustan mucho. Es la primera vez que escogí éste de Chueca. La calle muy agradable, el apartamento muy bonito y en perfecto estado.

The rooms were clean and very spacious. It was well stocked and we had what we needed during our stay. Centrally located, easily to walk to places and there are tons of places to eat and shop.

Prachtig, ruim appartement van alle gemakken voorzien, op goede locatie. Dichtbij diverse metro haltes en de Gran Via. Ideaal voor een citytrip. Enige nadeel vond ik de enorme gehorigheid s nachts (je hoort echt veel geluid van buiten en van ninnen het pand). Bed zelf is super lekker, maar slaapbank helaas minder. Deze heeft kuilvorming en maakt een flink krakend geluid. Dat heeft wel icm geluid voor een mindere nachtrust gezorgd.

Funciono adecuadamente la calefaccion aunque no estaria de mas proveer de cobertores. Funcionoadecuadamente el servicio de lavanderia. Gracias

Muy céntrico, realmente precioso. Merece la pena, volveremos!

Emplacement top près de Gran via et des différents metros. Appartement très agréable et très bien équipé, seul inconvénient les unités de clim/chauffage sont hyper bruyantes donc impossible de les utiliser la nuit et donc un peu froid la nuit, de plus nous étions au 4F au dernier étage et les groupes de clim extérieurs étaient juste au dessus de nous sur les toits et donc bruyants également. C'est le seul bémol, sinon Top.

Pour: - En plein centre ville de Madrid, à 2 pas de Gran via - Superbe appartement pour 4 Contre: - Ancien appartement rénové, mais mal isolé phonétiquement ! Situé en plein centre ville d’une grosse ville espagnole: très bruyant - Attention, les finitions de l’appartement commencent à lâcher! -Serrure d’entrée de l’appartement sensitive: un coup cela fonctionne, des fois pas! On a une appli pour ouvrir les portes mais tous les occupants n’ont pas l’appli! Mais la situation de l’appartement, et l’appartement lui même fait tout oublier !

Appartement pour une nuit, idéalement situé dans le quartier de Chueca, en plein centre de Madrid. Manque un peu de vaisselle si on veut y manger/cuisiner. Point négatif : le canapé lit, matelas très inconfortable… système d’ouverture des portes avec le téléphone, super pratique !
