Loved this B&B - the room (Langley) was clean and big, and had everything you need. There was a cafetiere for the coffee which I genuinely don't know that I've ever had in a hotel before, and really liked. There's UHT milk in the room and fresh milk and cold water in a fridge in the guest lounge (as well as bags of ice that I somehow missed until the last night, don't miss the ice). If I had a single negative about the room it would be that the headboard or bed frame creaks really loudly when you move a specific way, but I really don't think that rates a complaint or loss of a star. Location is great, you're right on the Newlyn harbour and walking distance to Mousehole and Penzance. We parked in the long stay car park round the corner on arrival then didn't go near the car again until we left, if you don't fancy walking there are also regular buses and a stop two minutes away. The best thing about this stay is the breakfast, I'd recommend for that alone. The variety is so good for a B&B, and the quality is great. Everything we tried was delicious, and generously portioned. Stephen and Barbara were very friendly and welcoming, and Barbara gave us a great recommendation on the bus options that I think we probably would have otherwise missed. Absolutely recommend and 100% would stay again.

brilliant stay, excellant hosts

Stephen & Barbara was really helpful and guest friendly. The room was cleen and cozy. We had a really good time and higly recommend this nice Hotel. And then we haven’t even mentioned the fantastic breakfast.

The hosts were lovely. Clean, safe, comfortable, good common area includes fridge, glasses, plates & cutlery. Delicious breakfasts with a view of the colourful boat harbour. The pub in Mousehole (5 min walk) was good. Parking is a short distance away but make sure you have cell / text service to use the parking app in case the only machine in the lot isn't working as the next lot is 2 miles away! Would stay here again!!!

I didn't like anything about this property. Unwelcome arrival. Was not given the room shown in the photograph. Accessed by a steep set of open wooden steps outside the property. Room smelt stale. Mismatched cheap dated furniture. Sat on bed, very uncomfortable.

We only stayed one night and were up early to catch onward transport. Clean and all you need for a quick stay. Although the room we had only has French doors to the room and is over looked by other properties, if worried about privacy you would need to keep the curtains closed, could do with some sort of net curtains to cover door while still letting in natural light. But a overall welcoming and comfortable.

The owners and staff were really friendly and there was great attention to detail. The location is stunning, and the town has everything you'd want including great restaurants and a lovely cinema.

Von außen eher unscheinbar, Zimmer super!! (Blick zum Hafen) Sehr freundlich, Frühstück prima. Parken auf dem nahegelegenen Parkplatz möglich. Bus,den man dem eigenen Auto hier vorziehen sollte, fährt fast direkt am Haus ab. Unterkunft ist eine unbedingte Empfehlung!

Lovely people who run & own the place. Only problem is no parking at the the hotel, but Pay & Display near by. Breakfast menu has a great selection.

This is an adorable, cozy, beautiful, clean guest house. Our room was so inviting and tidy with the best view! The hosts were friendly and helpful and provided an excellent breakfast each day. We will stay there again. The only issue is that parking can be a bit challenging. This is to be expected, though, in Cornwall in summer.
