Received a room with bathroom sink draining poorly. Was switched to another unit and as soon as we opened the door it smelled offensively. Informed night attendant Zurich I was not staying. He promptly stated He was canceling my reservation without any charge. I haven’t received any reimbursement as of yet. !!

Ripped me off. Overcharged. Gave me the wrong room, no refund of over charges.

Valet only parking. The valets are very helpful above and beyond just taking care of the cars. The rest of the staff are very helpful and professional in their duties. I had an enjoyable stay. The hotel is very conveniently located a brief walk from many amenities including the Riverfront Park, and many amazing location at which to enjoy a lovely meal. I did not have a pet in tow but I saw some very well behaved pet guest during my stay. I never once heard barking.

Very friendly and pleasant staff Room service, front desk and valet parking. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a comfortable lodging in this part of town. It was certainly easily accessed.

We enjoyed this location and our room, but the necessity of valet and no self park option was rather annoying. The staff were all friendly and helpful and our rooms was ready early which was great. We also enjoyed the restaurant at the hotel, and the convenience of the little coffee shop in the lobby was great as well.

. Parking in the front is a bit awkward. There are only 5 places to pull in and valet was inside the hotel. I needed to pull my luggage from my car and take it in. You pull directly in front of a restaurant with a few tables outside. Not very appealing to the diners. Check in was easy. Bryce was very nice. I asked for a quiet room. What do I get? A room facing a very busy street! Clean room, decorated nicely.

The staff were extremely friendly and answered every question I had. The hotel was very upscale looking yet affordable. The room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Would definitely book here again!

Treated my mom to a complimentary bottle of wine for her birthday and made it a great experience. Room was very clean, restaurant downtown was AMAZING!

We had a great time, room was clean and they have a restaurant in the hotel with very good food. Shoping all around. Would recommend. Parking is available close to hotel.

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff

The sliding doors to the bathroom were hard to open and close the first sliding door before the bathroom I had to leave open as it took two of us to open it back up. The ac unit had condensation leaking from the top and I had to keep wiping up water off the ground the floor seemed to have no sound barrier as the floor above us you could hear any walking upstairs I was constantly worried about making sure my family was walking as quietly as possible and on our part we didn’t know we were right next to some place they seemed to have a concert both nights it was like a rave in your room up until about 930

Room was very small, expect that at Quinta, not a pricey hotel. Otherwise fine and convenient.

Really nice Hotel, downtown urban feel, staff was super nice and helpful. Authentic Italian restaurant on the property was an added bonus, dinner was great. Thank You.

The hotel itself is very nice…new and modern. The location is downtown but the side our 5th floor room was on was above a very busy street…at all hours! We asked for a change of room after the first night but we were told it would be an additional 60$/night for a queen room vs the king we had reserved. That’s terrible customer service. There were ear plugs on the night table so the hotels knows it’s noisy. Bad experience! The hotel parking is limited and the area the hotel is in has a lot of homeless wandering past the off-site and street parking you have to use if the valet parking is full. Staff was not accommodating or helpful.

The room was quite small and felt cramped. Parking was very difficult because the lot was often full and I had to pay to park in front. What riverfront? I did not see any river. Good shopping nearby. A good Italian restaurant on the premises.
