We were asked to pay at the hotel and it’s different from my booking experience with hotel.com that paid to hotel.com directly I’m not sure if this is normal.

The location is very good, near railway station. Nice view and just in front of the lake. The room is a bit small.

根本是惡夢一場，住了3晚被外面的轟天雷音樂舞會吵到晚上12點還繼續，房間即便關了窗仍有音響的振動感覺得到，反正付的錢和所獲得的品質根本不成正比，是我目前住過3、40家歐洲旅館中最糟糕的

飯店有點太老舊，地板高低不平, 但是景色優美, 地點絕佳.

Good location. My room is on the first floor, quite noisy at nightime, until midnight.

The lake views are spectacular, the room was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked exceptionally well, which was greatly appreciated during our stay. The breakfast room also has beautiful lake views. The breakfast was decent, although the bread selection didn’t seem like the quality or variety you’d typically expect in Europe. Our main issues were the ants and the nighttime noise. We had ants in the entryway, second bedroom, and bathroom despite having no open food. Housekeeping cleaned the room after we reported it, but the ants were still there afterward. For a hotel charging over $300 per night, I expected better. At the very least, a small credit or discount would have been an appropriate gesture since the problem wasn’t resolved. The other issue was loud techno music until around 1:00 a.m. Even with noise-canceling headphones, the bass made it difficult to sleep. The front desk staff were polite, but when we asked about bike rentals, they only guessed it was “somewhere in the nearby plaza.” We couldn’t find it and ended up locating another rental shop ourselves using Apple Maps. I’d expect staff to be familiar with common tourist questions like this. Overall, you’re paying for the incredible lake views. Most of the issues would have been forgivable, but the unresolved ant problem was not.

Staff at check out was unwilling to help and when I said I have to share this in the review she helped while complaining about having helped my wife with directions earlier for 15 minutes, while I was asking her to change the payment method.

Gorgeous location and beautiful views (particularly from the breakfast room). The room was comfortable and modern. The front desk staff was super super helpful and couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming to us.

Its location is perfect. Right next to a bus stop to the station, right behind it is a grocery and department store. Get a room with a view of the lake, it’s worth it! Breakfast is also very good, lots of variety.

A great place to stay right in the heart of the action. If you’re arriving/leaving by train the No 4 bus calls into a stop mètres from the front door.

Excelente hotel, muy bien situado, con buen desayuno. Si es 3 estrellas pero está muy bueno, localizado en la vía Nassa, con vista al lago de Lugano.

Quarto família adequado para três pessoas. Localização do hotel é incrível e próxima da estação de trem. Ponto negativo: café da manhã, muito fraco e bem limitado.

The Room was amazing with a wonderful view to the Lake and perfect location, dining option, etc… I love it
