My stay was safe clean and incident free great places.

This place really cares about its appearance and does a good job of communicating too. Nice pool area. They really really do need more plugs or extension cords especially by the beds. People need to charge phones and laptops and crawling under beds to find a working outlet is not ideal. But it was good

We reserved pool view well just so you know it’s just a window you can see the corner of where the pool is. Windows were so dirty! Inside and out I’m sure it hasn’t been cleaned in months! Now the room itself is as dirty. I had to go purchase a mop to sweep and mop the place. You can tell it hasn’t been swept and mopped in a while. I’m sure management doesn’t check rooms at all the sofa bed was actually broken. Thankfully we had an air mattress with us. Make sure to bring your own towels they don’t give clean ones. I think what really upset me was while we were staying the night before at almost 5 pm they message us to let us know they will come with pest control starting at 9am. They should have schedule that better before. I had a 10 month old so I’m not sure where they thought that would be ok. Overall I would never stay here again.

Cute place. No frills. but a nice pool. And clean comfortable space. Very thin walls is the biggest problem. But most people were quiet. I would stay again

Det är prisvärt men städningen behövs förbättras och duschen behöver lite underhåll. Fanns inget att anmärka på sängkläder och handdukar. Nöjd med poolen och utemiljö och att varje rum har sin egna grill är ett plus. Jag är nöjd med min vistelse och skulle absolut bo där igen.

Nice safe environment but a lot of the work looks not professionally done. The corking ariund the bathroom sing is horrible the baseboards needs to be replaced. It needs new paint on the walls

Loved our stay comfy and private!

Arrived at the property and it did not look like the photos. I felt unsafe at this property as some of the doors looked like they were broken in and the lock boxes looked cheap. Found many hairs in the sheets and towels and left immediately. Only stayed in the room 10 minutes. Did not get refunded for the 1st night or the property fee. Do not recommend!!

I genuinely enjoyed my stay at Casa Cordova. The area was quiet, relaxing, and placed in a very convenient area near shopping centers and many restaurants.

This is a quiet place, except for trafic. Very few people at the pool and more than sufficient chair around. Pool towels provided (2/room). People coming everyday to remove public area garbages and blows pool area from leaves and dirt (could do a better job though). A resident cleaned the pool almost every day and added water when required. Thanks. In the room, the top shelf near the air conditioning is never cleaned and had a lot of dust and dead flies.

Always a treat to stay here with its excellent location, clean rooms, pool and grounds … never any problems 5* Stars
