Really loved the place and its a shame to rate it this low, especially since the location is very ideal. Right where you want to be with so much nearby and walkable. However as soon as you enter the apartment theres a stench that smelled like mold, Im not really sure, but it was certainly coming from the shower. When I opened the shower up I was hit with an overwhelming stench and it was filthy with particles everywhere of some substance that Im still not sure what it was. I contacted the property manager and he answered right away and assured me someone was coming. After some time I texted him again and then he said no one was coming until tomorrow. So i did what anyone would do and bought some cleaner to splash all over the floor in the meantime. Turns out no one came to clean, and it just makes me wonder, if not even the shower was cleaned I cant imagine what else wasnt cleaned. The location doesnt matter if every time I shower and do stuff I feel filthy. And who wants to clean someone elses shower on vacation…..?

Pues comuniqué que estaba tupido el lavamanos y nunca vinieron a arreglarlo, cuando me dijeron que vendrían al otro día. La ducha súper sucia, que daba asco bañarse ahí. Mucho ruido desde horas tempranas y los demás huéspedes entran y tiran puertas y nadie les dice nada. Las toallas están muy finas, no secan bien, y pusieron una sola toalla de manos para dos personas. Pienso que para 4 noches, deberían cambiara las toallas al menos una vez….

Apartamento amplio y muy bien situado Para subir al primer piso no hay ascensor, hay un primer tramo de escaleras con una silla mecanizada pero en algún momento no funcionó, lo que se debe tener en cuenta para personas con dificultades. The apartment was right in the centre of the old town of Málaga and couldn't fault the location at all. Apartment was on the 4th but has an elevator can fit 2 people in or 1 person with luggage. The apartment had everything you needed for a comfortable stay, the Aircon worked well and kept the apartment cool. The reason I've gave 4 stars instead of 5 is one because I didn't realise from the pics that the toilet is actually located downstairs whereas the shower is located directly next to the bed in a separate shower room and then also in the bedroom there is a sink with mirror. It is just a slightly awkward layout. I'd say the biggest issue is that the shower room could do with a bit of clean, the ceiling if quite covered in mould and the shower heads as well which wasn't the nicest thing to see/have. Some simple slight improvements would he a bin located upstairs and also a light that's directly over the mirror like the downstairs toilet one.

The coach needs maintenance

We stayed here in March for just around 4 days - Tuesday to Saturday. The apartment was very central and easy to find, which was so convenient for a city break. It is exactly as the photos show, if not a bit more spacious. We really liked it. There are small touches we wished had been added, like hooks for towels for example. Our only issue was that it wasn't very soundproof. I know you can expect noise in a city centre, but you could easily hear people in other apartments and in the street below (even though this is down a small alleyway). All in all, easy to remedy with earplugs - until the Friday night, where we slept like 2 hours due to an early wake up call for the airport. That was a bit rough. However, we would recommend and probably would return.

Fantastic apartment in central location. Well equiped and clean. Self check in process very straightforward and communication between host good. Visit Malaga frequently and would use again.

Fantastiskt läge. Väl utrustad lägenhet. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal när det behövdes. Tyvärr väldigt lyhört och liten och obekväm säng. Petitess, men hade varit trevligt med en liten tvål på toaletten.

Very simple access via key lock system, with instructions sent by Whatsapp. The instructions say to press the bell sign. I arrived at night and couldn't see the bell sign is actually the # in the dark. Didn't cause an issue though. The property is as advertised. Clean, well-equipped kitchen with appliances, excellent location. It's down a short alleyway off a fairly busy pedestrian street, minutes from the Cathedral, food market and an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants. There's a lift from the first floor. I found it took a while for hot water to reach the shower, so give it a minute. Once it gets there, it's hot and plentiful! I'd definitely stay here again.

Perfecte locatie in het historisch centrum van Malaga. Appartement is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Communicatie gaat via Whatsapp, op vragen wordt direct en correct geantwoord.

We really enjoyed the property due to its location within the city, the cleanliness of it and the communication with the company and their willingness to help us whilst on our trip.
