Tout était parfait sauf que l’acoustique de l’hôtel n’est pas au standard du reste des prestations, et cela a été pénible pour nous. Les managers et staff ont cherché des solutions en cette période pleine et ont tout fait pour que nous passions un agréable séjour. L’hôtel est propre, comfortable, généreux et évidement très bien placé (c’était notre 3e séjour à Copenhague). On ne voulait pas de airbnb mais on voulait pouvoir cuisiner. La cuisine de l’appartement était parfaitement équipée. Très bonne adresse, mais prenez vos boules quies…

Had a wonderful few days stay at the apartment, only one complaint you should be able to watch Netflix for free without logging into your own login. The overall experiences was great will return in November.

When our apartment was not available we were given a suite about the same size and free breakfast. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed the free wine hour and found the hotel so close to everything we could walk to. Super place to stay!

Definitely would stay here again. Staff was incredibly friendly and kind, all our needs were met in the room, and breakfast was delicious. An overall fantastic time

Yleisesti hyvä majoitus erityisesti perheelle. Lapsen pinnasänky ja syöttötuoli oli huomioitu. Huoneen valaistus oli surkea (ie. huone oli todella pimeä), ja kesähelteillä kuuma. Huoneen ilmastointilaite ei ollut kovin tehokas ja piti kauheaa ääntä.

전반적으로 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 조식도 좋았고 창문과 테라스 쪽 문을 열수 있습니다. 시내 중심부까지 도보이동 가능한 거리이고 버스정류장(5A버스) 과 지하철도 가까워 대중교통이용도 편리합니다.

Wonderful staff, great location close to so much, and a comfortable room with plenty of space. The shower was a bit annoying - there was no way to keep water from the shower from wetting the entire bathroom floor because there was no shower door or curtain and the floor was flush. Also, we expected the room to be serviced during our 5 day stay - it was only serviced once and that was the night before we left. Also be aware that the hotel is on a busy street so at times, traffic noise can be a problem. But all in all, it was a great place to stay and we would definitely stay there again.

Great central location with good restaurants nearby. Staff was very forthcoming, quiet room. Breakfast has good variety, cost was in line with somewhat elevated prices in Copenhagen

A brilliant stay-the staff were so helpful and such a shoet walk to Tivoli which is the main reason we stayed.

Really enjoyed staying in this apartment. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and well equipped with a comfortable bed and great bathroom. We loved the park across the street and also walking into the older part of Copenhagen along Sankt Peders Straede. Sankt Peders Bageri is a wonderful bakery, just a few minutes away
