The bathroom had mold especially in the shower and drained poorly. The bed and pillows harder than I like but really everything was beautiful and clean. The pool was perfect. Would stay again!

Lovely hotel in a great location.

This review is based primarily on contrast between the misleading listing for this place vs. reality, & informed by the premium pricing. It looks majestic, but really is only mediocre. The best things it has going for it are common area architecture, large rooms, & cleanliness. Otherwise it is heavily generic, overpriced & has less character than an airport Sheraton. There are so many cute & interesting hotels in the exact same proximity with more character & lower prices. Some people might have loved Real Hispano, like older NA people. But if you’re vacillating between any other place you like & this, don’t be fooled into paying the heavy premium there’s literally nothing special about it.

Yes all of that plus the pool was in a great location so that the sun actually shone on it also on the sun loungers , unlike the previous three holels where the sun hardly reached

El hotel está muy bonito y en una ubicación excelente, caminando hay muchos lugares para comer y para ir al zócalo La habitación solo tuvo un par de detalles en cuanto a los blancos: las sábanas están muy pequeñas, no cubren el colchón completamente , como que son de otro tamaño de cama y se siente incómodo Las toallas son pequeñas y solo dejan 2 Las sabanas

It was a lovely hotel in a great location very quiet, comfortable beds, well maintained. We had a lovely room overlooking the courtyard. We had an unfortunate situation though. The second night we were there the air-conditioning failed in our room. We were moved to another room and that air conditioner didn’t really work so then we would move to another room. The hotel staff was super helpful and very accommodating, it was just unfortunate we had to move rooms twice.

It is a very nice hotel with very attentive staff.

Located in walkable part of town with free parking. Stayed in room 511 which has a great view of the sunset.

Muy bien las habitaciones, limpias, lugar seguro, muy céntrico, todo se puede hacer caminando. Muy recomendable el hotel. Mi unica observacion es el estacionamiento, es muy pequeño y si se satura, tú huesped tienes que ir a dejar tu coche al estacionamiento alterno del hotel, que está a varias cuadras, considero que este servicio deberia de ser del hotel y no hacerlo los huespedes.
