In general, all staffs from reception to cafe etc are very good and efficient! Rooftop pool is a wonderful experience 👍👍

I appreciated the fact they are not serving buffet but a proper breakfast menu with plenty of choices. It was a delightful way to kickstart each day of my stay. During my breakfast at Tozi Cafe, I had the pleasure of encountering one of the hotel's exceptional team members. This tall boy, always donning a bright smile, went above and beyond to ensure guests were taken care of. His attentive and passionate service made my dining experience all the more enjoyable and memorable. Art'otel Battersea surpassed all my expectations, providing an unforgettable experience. With its artistic charm, friendly service, and outstanding breakfast at Tozi Cafe, this hotel is a must-visit for anyone seeking a truly special retreat. I wholeheartedly recommend Art'otel Battersea and cannot wait to return.

Couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised! Awesome hotel!

We had a lovely stay. Staff were excellent & helpful. Room was fine. Not huge but we weren’t there for too long & it had everything we needed. Quiet overnight & good black out blinds & couldn’t hear the train. Rooftop pool was too busy to use on Sunday & couldn’t use Monday as had aqua aerobics. Good breakfast.

The hotel rooms are small for a family but workable. The restaurant staff were excellent Brilliant location for amble choice for shopping and food.

This is a cool property in terms of architecture and it has lots of nice amenities. But location is not great for site seeing. We did one night and found ourselves lacking options for a decent dinner.

A unique place to stay, comfortable room, a great view of the Battersea Power Station and a good gym.

I have stayed at art'hotel 5 times. It's in a perfect position to access Battersea Power Station for shopping purposes, as well as the Northern Line direct to Leicester Square and theatreland; however, I will not be staying there again. I left a £260, new Self-Portrait lace blouse in the wardrobe on 22nd June. I was told that it had been found by Housekeeping, but when I returned to stay at the hotel on 12th July, I was advised that they'd made a mistake and that it had not been found. The Manager apologised, but they were unable to locate it. My advice to anyone staying in the hotel is to take care not to leave anything behind.

Very unique location. Easy access to all amenities. Loved the pool and rooftop bar, which was the main draw for us as a family. Excellent and attentive staff.

I quite enjoyed my stay at the Art’otel. The staff were friendly and room very comfortable. The train line was right outside the window but didn’t find it noisy. It’s in a great location right next to the Battersea Power Station and is close to lots of restaurants and transport. It’s also across the road from Battersea Park. The lighting is automated but very easy to use.
