這次入住萬豪AC酒店非常滿意！前台服務員有禮體貼👍，酒店裝修有現代感、房間基本配套齊夠人性化、床品舒適潔淨乾爽無異味、房間大小適中，晚上可在寧靜的環境下熟睡到天明❣️早餐豐富很好味😋特別喜歡沙律、熱菜和小雲吞。 酒店地理位置不錯，行7-8分鐘便到地鐵站，再行前便有大型商場，若天氣涼快可以再行多10多分鐘左右便可到達蘇州博物館等景點。因為我們入住的幾天天氣太熱，所以我們多數是叫車去景點的，叫車非常方便呀！ 萬豪AC酒店性價比也頗合理。有機會會再入住！希望貴酒店能一直保持水準💪💪

Very good place, recommend

床非常好睡。在市中心，但相對安靜。早餐簡單但是有一定的水準。服務人員態度很好👍

位置非常好，走路去市内主要景点，交通很方便。没有原来就是一栋单独的楼，房间不大，没有风景，但是由于是万豪旗下，对酒店管理和设施还比较放心。设施新，马桶是智能马桶。

Hotellet var modernt med rum som hade ett par lyxiga detaljer: elektrisk toalett med värme, spolning osv. , elektriska gardiner. Priset var dessutom mycket br.

Pretty clean hotel . Service is nice . Location is good too .

Room facilities are good. Not far from metro station.

We stayed here for two nights as part of a longer trip. the hotel is very close to the station and many good attractions. Breakfast was ok but limited. The bar is a very basic lobby type that closes early. No restaurant onsight for dinner but the reception staff were great at finding suggestions. I would stay here again.

One occasion long ago I benefitted from a half hour of Bill Marriotts time when I was kitchen porter at Camelback Inn. He had high standards. I think he would be proud of AC/ Suzhou.

몇달전만해도 냉장고에 무료 음료 등이 있었는데, 이번에는 음료는 없고 물만 있네요. 그래도 여전히 청결하고 좋은위치 등 장점이 많습니다.

clean, simple but functional furniture, very good breakfast, good electronics toilet. etc.

Love it. The hotel is quite new, small, more like a boutique. Clean, neat design, room is compact with good layout. If you've been on a cruise before, you will find the familiarities. And THE BED, I mean capital, real king size and super comfortable. The toilet is very fancy. The onsite bar is small but has expected drinks, from coffee to some mean cocktails. Staff can communicate basic English which is sufficient enough. Great location, metro stations are around 500m either sides, walking distance to main attractions. All in all, it's like a sample size of a usual Marriott if you want to try out the brand. Can be also a good choice if you're on a smaller budget but still want to enjoy Marriott's amenities and services.

Not many dining places around.

Comfortable large bed, good Aircon, helpful staff, looks great, very large counter at bathroom sink which was nice. My room didn't have a bath, but the shower was great still. Fantastic location just a short, pretty walk to the main attractions in Suzhou.

ウォシュレットが設置されていてとても驚きました。日本人にはとても重要なポイントになるんじゃないかと思います。

Huge blood stain on the sheet and blanket. Pretty sure the sheet was not changed between guests.

Great & relaxing

The traffic is very bad around this property. Hard to get a taxi to get around. Otherwise it’s a very nice place to stay.

Cet hôtel est génial, la chambre est parfaite et confortable, avec une douche incroyable et des toilettes japonaises. Le petit déjeuner était excellent aussi. L'hôtel est bien situé entre deux stations de métro non loin de la gare. Le personnel est accueillant et parle anglais.
