Sink leakes nobody fixed it bathroom water not hot

You could see a part of the beach unobstructed. It is very easy access across the street to the beach. It is very private area with many restaurants and gas station near by. There is a nice restaurant right in front of the apt. The parking is behind a gate so it feels secure. The room is very clean.

Even the manuel gate was easy! It was exactly what I was looking for. If you want a more local feel, this is the neighborhood. The beach is literally 40 steps from your door!

Great location. Large studio . Lots of ants all over the studio . The bed was very hard to sleep on . Only a mattress no box spring . No extra towels or linens . Easy access to the beach and several restaurants. Very hard to locate .

Great spot! Clean, everything you need! Cristobal and Brenda's property is wonderful and look forward to visiting again!

Air conditioning was effective. It was good to have a kitchen for cooking our meals.

This place is not the tag Ma Hall, but it’s super clean, no bugs. The best customer service I have ever had. Beach Front, , great activities, and many are free. This is my new vacation spot to stay. … very private stay.😉

Beachfront studios were perfect for my spontaneous getaway. The property was meticulously maintained and was prime location for nature lovers looking for a peaceful retreat away from city life. Christobal, the property manager, was a great resource for dining and hiking suggestions. I highly recommend and have already told so many people about this place!!

The room and area was great and perfect for outdoor activities we wanted to do. The only complaint is not knowing where the lock box was when we first got there at 10 pm and took a minute to realize oh there it is LOL our host was great with questions and one issue we had accidentally locking ourselves out.

It was a wonderful stay. Great communication. Good AC. Perfect space for two people. Cooler and beach chairs were available making it super easy to walk over for a nice beach day and close enough to run back to use the bathroom. The one thing that could improve is having an outdoor shower so guests don’t drag in excess sand from the beach.

This place was awesome!! I go to PR several times a year and this is a very great place to stay. I will be back!

Great location…just across the street from the beach where we went kayaking and snorkeling, next to sea food restaurant which was pretty good, did the Cabezas de San Juan tour which was interesting and at walking distance…a whole lot of restaurants and places to go nearby..thats what we loved most. The studio was clean, and spacious enough for us two..very practical. Good kitchen and appliances. Great for early breakfast before hitting the beach/road. Very peaceful.

Our host was amazing, he allowed early check in, gave us fantastic recommendations and was super nice all around. We loved the location and we will definitely be back. The beach and surrounding areas are really nice. People are friendly. I recommend bringing your own ice and water, because they don't sell/provide any at the property, but other than that, it's amazing for a low key getaway. Thank you SO much!

It was beautiful and the ocean was close

We enjoyed the simple, clean environment. We had everything we needed and did some cooking in the mornings but also loved Costa Mia which was the restaurant right next door. The location was perfect for access to the beach. The only thing we had an issue with was running out of a few supplies like toilet paper and garbage bags. But easy to fix, just needed a little more stock at the beginning of our stay. They did bring us more as well. Overall, we loved it and would recommend it to others!

They reach out to you several times to make sure everything is OK even when they could not reach me they make sure every way possible for me to get the messages . Clean place cozy. My only recommendation would be for a more convenient gate to open as you enter.. Also a sign right in front of the gate with the properties name because at first, I had a hard time to find the entrance.

Nice place, clean and surprising big and conformable, i will definitely will stay here every time that i visit my family in PuertoRico.

Everything went really smooth and problem free. Great communication from the management. We communicated through WhatsApp and any of my questions were answered within minutes. Location is great: 1-2 minutes walk to Seven Seas beach and right next to Costa Mia restaurant with really good fish tacos Of course, close to El Yunque and trip to Icacos

We had a great stay at the studios. The communication was excellent! We were across from the beach and was even able to walk to a few trails. The only thing we would have liked is for the studio to have a coach and a table. There were only two plastic chairs to sit on so we had to sit in the bed to watch tv or just hang out. Other than that everything was great. We look forward to renting from them again!
