The room was satisfactory. The area around this hotel is quite loud. Even with closing the windows it’s difficult to block out the noise at night. The breakfast bar is satisfactory at best. The staff is lovely, but it’s difficult to communicate in English. Certainly not the fault of the staff, but it was a bit inconvenient. We used the translation feature on our phones when asking questions. The location is closer to the airport, but our next visit we will stay in MiraFlores. For anyone arriving on a very early morning flight, the hotel will typically let you into your room for a modest fee. You can also eat at the breakfast buffet.

The room was in very good condition and very clean. The AC was great and the water good and hot for the shower. The continental breakfast was very good at 8AM but we arrived very late for our rooms the night so the next morning we didn’t head down for breakfast until a little after 9 and the coffee was not hot and everything else was picked over and very tired

Falta de.repeito aos.hospedes. os donos tratam como estivessem fazendo um favor para vc estar la. Tudo que os funcionários haviam combinado os donos.ignoraram e disseram que nao estava certo mesmo os funcionários confirmando o que tinham combinado. O cafe da manha acaba ante do horario. Quando fui tinha so uns.pedacos de salsicha e um resto de.ovo mexido. O suco tive que pedir.pra daze e me.troxeram um compo de suco.

No primeiro dia fizemos checking para um quarto superior e depois iamos para um duplo. A atendente do checking disse que poderiamos ficar no mesmo quarto ate o final da.hospedagem. no dia seguinte voltamos as 21h e eles bravos disseram que a gente tinha q mudar de quarto. As 22h arruamos.as malas.e.nos levaram para um.quarro que o ar conficionado nao funcionava. Tentaram arrumar o ar ate as 00h30 e disseram que era.pra voltar pro quarto inicial e disseram novamente que nao iamos.mudar de quarto no dia seguinte outros.funcionari9 as 19h quando retornamos ao.hotel pediram.pra gente mudar de quarto. Total falta de respeito

O lençol estava todo amarrotado. O cafe da manha de hoje so tinha ovo. E o cafe estava no final. Nos disseram no checking que poderiamos ficar ate as 18h e hoje diaseram que nao podíamos ficar. Descaso e desconsideracao . Deviam.fechar.

Es un Hotel céntrico, esta cerca de una Plaza muy grande, la habitación es cómoda, el desayuno tiene variedad y es rico, el servicio estuvo bien.

Todo es malo no son hoteleros la habitacio nunca pasaron limpiandola en los tres diasque estuve El colmo de los colmos me cobraron 33 dolares porque di en unas pequeñas man jas en una tuaya Creo que si cambian sabanas y tuallastodos losdias mecobrarian 33 dolares mas diarios No espara nada recomendable al pareceres para motel deparejas porel servicio

Room was clean and the staff is helpful. Water pressure on the upper levels can sometimes be low. Some rooms overlook the city and ocean while others have a view of a cinderblock wall. It can be noisy at night. It is not centrally located to Miraflores. So a taxi or an Uber are necessary. There is a mall that is walking distance from the hotel. The mall has good shopping and many dining options.

Staff was great, room was clean.

They will charge you extra money for any little issue like little stains from bed sheets not matter what it is like body cream anything. First time ever that a hotel charge you for that. Very bad.

Great sized rooms and very clean. Best hotel in area.

No heater, was very cold during the night

Es un hotel sin agua caliente,el aire acondicionado muy deficiente,los empleados no tienen experiencia,te traen saca corchos dañados y te lo quieren cobrar te dicen que el agua es gratis y te cobran carisimo no es un hotel mediocre
