We chose this hotel because it is new and it has a big pool. Rooms are really nice, high quality products in the bathrooms and spa. They have swimming suits dryer ( a very useful thing!) in the spa. A rooftop restaurant is nice.The staff is incredible, especially on the check in desk ( thank you Shamshid!) Breakfasts were weak a little bit, during our stay. The only thing we did not like .

スタッフの方の対応が素晴らしかった。 チェックアウトをして空港に向かうまで時間がありロビーで待つことにしたが、タクシーを頼んだときにまた荷物を持つのを手伝うのでと一言あったり、朝食の時もスペシャルなパンケーキを頼んでなかったがさりげなくテーブルまでサービスしてくれたり気持ちのいいサービスでした。

早朝に到着しましたが、部屋を都合してもらってチェックインさせてくれました。部屋、食事、その他全てにおいて非の打ち所がない1泊でした。

The concierge was very helpful and efficient.

It’s a beautiful very well managed and maintained hotel. The staff is young well trained and naturally friendly. The breakfast was outstanding and offered a variety of local and international dishes. Special thanks to the chef Rixo for his hospitality and delicious meals with a personal touch.

Great hotel all around. Gorgeous, modern, clean. Great service. Beautiful and fully equipped gym on second floor with full facilities such as sauna and steam room. Very generous breakfast.

The hotel is new and room was clear. Comfortable hotel for all categories of tourists

It’s a very nice modern new hotel with great food in a good location. The only downside is on staff side, with some really excellent staff who go the extra mile and really get it, alongside some who don’t seem to want to be there. If they build on the top performing staff, they can have a hotel that scores excellent for everything!

Check in to check out was a breeze … the staff were ultra polite and ultra courteous except the one who served us at the bar … while he may have been okay under normal circumstances… he stood for the wrong reasons as he was not as good as the staff at the ground level … kudos to the management … loved my therapist at the spa … she was extremely good and had one of the best massages outside Thailand .. my wife wasn’t too happy with her therapist though .. but all in all loved our stay here and if I did ever come back , wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else
