飯店交通非常便利，靠近單軌列車站，幾乎可以到達吉隆坡的各個角落。我入住的是小型客房，房間寬敞，有烹飪設施，乾淨整潔。游泳池可以欣賞雙子星大樓、吉隆坡塔和MyBank大廈的壯麗景色。唯一不足的是電梯經常需要排隊，而且泳池開放至晚上10點。

非常喜歡這家飯店，房間寬敞，適合家庭入住，靠近吉隆坡市中心，飯店附近有很多餐廳。

The room is very big with a classy design. It comes with a kitchenette with microwave which is good for heating up food. Bed is comfy too. Bedroom slippers are of good quality, toothbrush is soft and the bath gel and shampoo fragrance are nice. Air-con is a bit noisy though. Breakfast variety considered average and can be better. Skyline at the infinity pool is breath-taking and looks great at night with the beautiful lights from Twin Peak, TRX and KL Tower.

Though traffic from the main road was crazy day in day out, the room was quiet and soundproof.

Kamar luas banget, fasilitas lengkap, ada setrika, lemari gede, kulkas kecil. Sayangnya, air panasnya enggak panas sama sekali, entah karena water heater-nya enggak nyala apa gimana enggak ngerti. Jadi, habis berenang di kolam kedinginan harus mandi air dingin lagi, tapi selain itu semuanya memuaskan sih. View kolam renangnya the best banget, rekom masuk kolam jam 6 karena lampu twin tower-nya baru nyala jam 7, view dari kamar juga best. Ini konsep kamarnya yang hotel, tidak ada mini kitchen set, ada deposit RM 300 (sedia cash/kalau CC or debit butuh 2 minggu proses pengembalian), tax RM 10/kamar/malam, kalau butuh testimoni silakan mampir IG azzuramarjuliana.

The room is big, the swimming pool is great. If I come back to Kuala Lumpur, I will always stay to The Face Style hotel.

Terjadi antrian panjang saat check in. Tidak ada bell boy yang membantu saat tiba di depan pintu lobby. Water heater di kamar sangat kotor.

I stayed here 1 night due to airline change departure day. At first, I was so nervous after reading some previous reviews. But after staying here, it was so fantastic and stunning. The infinity pool is a nice one but so crowded at night. The breakfast has less choice and anyway you still can try nasi lemak here. Will be back here whenever I have chance to visit Kuala Lumpur in the future

Hotelnya sepertinya bangunan-nya baru, kamar luas lengkap ada dapur, kulkas, microwave. Lobby ramai pada saat musim liburan, agak crowded.

Receptionist needs to be more professional. Hotel room is great 👍. Breakfast not nice, coffee machine worst. Honestly, we just like the room only.

Room was clean and spacious. However, there was a strong odor from the toilet that was there the entire stay. The amenities were amazing especially the pool that looks out to the twin towers.

Satu kata: keren! Semuanya. Hanya saja saat tahun baru hotel full. Lift menunggu lama sekali karena banyak tamu. Selebihnya keren! Bikin pengen nambah waktu 😅. To app, thanks promo-nya. Banyak-banyakin ya.
