The place is strategic and the staff are accommodating.

Internet connection at room is bad in my room, other than that place is cozy and quiet.

Always my #1 choice when visiting Cebu City!

I had an awesome stay. However, our breakfast was not fully satisfying as one of the staff named Dindo was disturbingly noisy and shouting all the time. We ask one of the staff to “tone down his voice”, but he said louder with sarcasm, “Someone told me to be quiet”. He was really impolite. I requested for an omelette, he said, “Hulat lang kay ihatod ra nako ninyo didto.” (Wait, I will just send it to you) in a strong tone. The other staff seem to be polite and approachable but he gives us mean stares. On the other hand, room was nice and clean. Other staff are okay and approachable other than that Dindo fellow in the restaurant.

Pros: comfy bed. Buffet delicious food. Accommodating staff. Cons: a bit outdated. Faucet a little rusty. No slippers, toothbrush provided. Towels are too old. No exhaust fan in cr. Didn't allow me to avail breakfast in advance because we'll be going out to south ceb early morning.

Great hotel! They allowed us to check-in late. Room was nice and bed was comfy. They could have provided hotel slippers as the floor is a bit icky. But aside from that, it was great! Breakfast buffet is good too. There were limited options but the food were delicious. I also liked that there's an egg and pancake station. I love their chocolate cake - moist and not too sweet. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Had a very good stay! The hotel offers cheap prices but prices are excellent. Good thing they offer early check in 2~3 hours before your check-in time free of charge. Just let them know in advance. Luggage storage was also good and secure as they have a storage room dedicated for it. Downside will be the meal as it's not included in what you pay for. As for the room itself, I had a great sleep! Memory foam topper, soft pillows, and good amenities, it's bang for the buck!

The room is too small. I can still find a better hotel stay in Cebu in much cheaper price. Wifi access is only limited to guests and it was so slow.

Me and my family are very happy staying at st.mark the hotel is very clean and staff are very accommodating we will surely come back.

It was a great stay. I just didn't like their deposit policy. What was that for? Why are they obliging their guests to pay for such?

I super love the hotel especially the price deal we get..the room is clean and beautiful..the shower is great..the food is so so...I just don't like that when we check in nobody assist us in our luggage.

staff are accommodating, we arrived early and they allowed us early check in with out us even asking for it.

The room felt as if it was a 5 star hotel. Pleasantly surprise with it. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

The buffet breakfast is pretty good. I love the unlimited bacon! The room and area was clean and quiet. It is also very accessible area and we can even get a cab at late night. Professional people and good atmosphere. More than just a 3-star hotel. Just double check the room utensils first before you use. Ours was already used when we first arrive.
