This is my honest review. 1. Confused, as there is no cs desk like in other hotels. Ask the security, & he will call for "petugas hotel" & wait for about 20 minutes. 2. They ask idr100k for deposit, & my id is taken for holding. 3. Other hotels include free parking. But not here. The parking is different division, so I have to walk about 800meters to the parking exit gate, to ask, how much is the parking before check out. 4. Cause I enter parking with emoney card, I have to exit again, and pay about an hour parking, then come again to enter the gate, this time I have to ask for manual parking coupon. Wasting time. 5. Then after check out, ask for flat parking, which is IDR 40.000 for one day. You have to pay this parking. 6. Although I have info the cs using number he gave me, that at 8:30 am, will check out. When I go down to lobby 8:25, I have to wait for about 10 minutes for the management to check the apartment. Before finally can check out with id and deposit returned to me. 7. The hotel apartment it self, has unpleasant odor at first, but when I turn on the exhaust in the toilet, after about 2 hours, the odor literally lightened as long as you close the toilet door. 8. The view from the window is magnificent for ones who like natural view. 9. This is 2 bed room apartment. 1 master br has queen size bed, while the other room has single size bed. So 3 person can fit. This is what we need as we and my daughter has important meetings we need to attend the next day. 10. They have 2 door wardrobe in master br, & a standing rack for other br. 11. The balcony door cannot be opened, I think for safety. But if it can be opened, there will be extra for guess to see the magnificent view without shadow from the windows. 12. Internet low signal when in room. 13. No amenity. Only liquid soap in dispenser but looked like never changed. So we don't use it. 2 bottle 600ml water provided. 14. Not the best but still good hotel, so sure we will come again in future.

Stafnya ramah helpful banget lagi ah next holiday pengen kesini lagi kamar bersih ya luas juga ada 2 kamar ya sayangnya balkon ga bisa di buka karena ga boleh merokok di ruangan padahal kalo bisa d buka pengen liat view malem dari balkom overall okay sih

Lokasi mudah di jangkau. Tempat bersih. Ada 2kamar

mantap bagus tapi kunci buat ke balkon gaada, overall bagus buat harga segitu

Ok bagus pelayanan cepat, pokoke top.

Balkon di kunci, tidak ada alat makan, tidak ada lemari es cuman ada air minum 2botol.

Kamarnya bersih, pelayanannya ok banget. Cuma kurangnya 1. Gak ada handuk di kamarnya, mesti minta berulang kali baru diantar.

Mohon maaf sebelumnya, saya tidak ada maksud buruk dalam review ini, saya hanya bersikap jujur sebagai tamu. Saat masuk ke unit kamar tercium bau yang tidak sedap, mulai dari kamar mandi hingga wastafel (dan bau ini tercium sampai saya check out). Jaringan WIFI sangat lemah. Hanya diberi 2 handuk lap tangan kecil (bukan handuk untuk mandi), kasur juga tidak cukup nyaman, tapi masih bisa dipakai tidur, tidak disediakan alat makan (sendok, garpu). Jadwal lift juga membingungkan, saat saya mau turun ke lantai bawah jam 6 pagi, lift dari lagi tidak mau naik sama sekali (saya di lantai 20) dan saya harus turun lewat lift tower lain (muter). Saya tidak bilang harga sewa di sini murah, tapi setidaknya memenuhi standar minimal yang baik sebagai penyedia jasa hospitality. Terima kasih 🙏.
