Not easy to find. Confusing. Parking too expensive. Deposit return needs to wait, 😓.

Check in took 1/2 hour. Khairil who was the senior person at the front desk was rude. He wasn't hospitable at all. Couldn't explain the change in check out policy effectively without irking me. His attitude was take it or leave it. Apart from the bad check in experience, the room was clean. However, the toilet seat was broken and the aircon needed servicing cause it was noisy and not cold.

Never again. Check in services: The worst. You need to check in at a small mini mart at in front building. So called "check in" counter is at mart cashier, with only one person attending. Check in procedure is ridiculously difficult via WhatsApp. Room key is only 1 pc, and is hassle for those with families, as lift access is required for your floor and card key is required for room power. The rooms: the worst. Again. Room is faulty and smelly. Amenities is only given basics. No daily room service is available. Room leaking. No rubbish bins. No change of towels. Iron only given upon request, without iron board. Check Out: Disaster. Need to get into long que, and need to wait for cleaners (I assume only one person for all floors) is checking for the whole facilities, before you can even get your depo money. Overall, for RM2xx-3xx room charges, go somewhere else.

Check in to this type of room. Went down to counter to get a room change. Got the room change but prepare to get sarcasm from the counter lady. Not apologetic or service oriented. Room wifi is slow. Carpark is at opposite building. Pay on your own.

Wifi connection is terrible. Able to connect. But network is so bad that scrolling Facebook takes time to load, that bad. Keycard only issue 1. Carpark is on your own accord.

Toilets are dirty. Keycard only can get 1. Can't even request for 2 cards. Which makes it super inconvenient. Please do something about it.

Bagus banget hotelnya, pelayanan nya, bakalan menjadi pilihan utama saat nanti berkunjung kembali le kota malaka 👍.

Extremely noisy. Caused by nearby mosques (more than 1). Upto 11pm. However the comfortable pillows and cleanliness of the room was a big plus.
