Our stay at Golden Palace Hotel was fantastic! The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. The staff were incredibly helpful. The location was perfect for exploring Bukit Bintang. We would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again!

Kamar oke, bersih dan dingin juga dekat juga ke Alor Street Food, dekat ke pusat perbelanjaan. Staff ramah dan kami diberi waktu 1 jam sebelum check out untuk prepare koper. Thanks, next bakal menginap di sini

Bad facilities inside room. All electrical supplies not functioning. Inside bathroom toiletries not prepared well. Room cleanliness also bad. First time in my life stay in this kind of hotel. Even budget hotel looks more tidier than this. Reservations areas also not enough lighting and looks like haunted hotel with no lighting supply at the staircase (could be dangerous to guest).

Sudah booking, tapi sampai hotel kena cancel. Sungguh kecewa. Alasan tidak terima booking.

Kalimat pertama saya jangan menginap di sini. Tempat nya strategies dan harganya cukup murah, tapi fasilitas nya engak banget. Ac nya bocor deres kayak hujan, bed cover bau kayak ga pernah di ganti, ga di kasih handuk dan peralatan mandi even hanger pun ga ada. Pertama kali masuk bener bener bau pengap. Bener bener cuma kasur yang lusuh dan banyak fasilitas yg rusak. Kamar nya sangat tidak bersih. Semua kamar di sana rusak, semua ac bocor, tv rusak. Menurut saya tidak worth it untuk stay di sana. Ada hotel lain yang lebih bersih dan bagus dengan harga sama

Kami tidak di bolehkan masuk dengan alasan sudah penuh padahal kami sudah bayar … kami akhir terlantar di buat oleh golden palace hotel … semua buruk.

Dear owner, please make sure you have a good standard rooms that we can sleep well, I waste my moneys and must find other hotel to stay cause your room is very poor quality to stay. 3 stars hotel? Anyone who give this hotel 3 stars is very doubtfull.

The room was damp, AC was leaking, and the smell was bad.

Letaknya strategis, dekat banyak destinasi wisata di Malaysia, murah, nyaman, pelayanan bagus.
