The room is quite clean and fragrant, but at the nightstand, I found cigarette stains and quite a lot. When I checked in at 14.00, I found that the bathroom hadn't been cleaned yet, so I had to allow the room service to enter the room to clean the bathroom. As far as I know, the room (including the bathroom) had to be ready before the guest had to do check in. For the price point, I understand the service and all that stuff, but it doesn't mean it cannot be improved. The more improved, the better customer's satisfaction.
