一切都很棒，員工非常熱情友好，樂於助人。我當時感覺有點不舒服，想去地下室（休息室）兌換我的迎賓飲品，一位女員工給了我幾片熱敷貼來緩解我的肌肉拉傷。她真是太好了。考慮到這是東京，房間已經夠寬敞了。酒店位置也很好，幾乎靠近我們所需的一切。

The hotel itself is great but location wise it 's not ideal especially for family or girls, as the nearby streets are full of touts, and visible litter.

I love this hotel, clean and good location!

I had pleasant stay here. It 's located in Kabukicho area, surroundings full of Bars, Karaoke, Club, etc. But it still quiet inside our room. The room amenities were great, toilet was perfect. Actually this room is a bit small, perfect for 2 persons. It 's easy to find food and drinks, lots of restaurants nearby, and minimart like Lawson, Family Mart. For me, location was perfect for couples.
