这次度假住在这里非常糟糕，实际上我经常来这里住，但这次我不知道为什么我感觉找错了入住的人。 首先，他对我很不礼貌，然后我要求延迟退房，但他没有通知我任何信息就说要多收一晚的费用，所以我不得不问那是什么（为什么酒店要解释我，只说了一个字，你必须付钱？）。我说告诉我延迟退房的细节，他说如果你想延迟退房需要付费，那么我可以付费，但请给我更多信息，我知道我退房晚了 2-3 个小时，是否需要付全天的费用？然后看着我这么难过🙁😕，我只希望酒店能一步一步地解释信息，因为每一步都得花钱，还要问问客人他们想要什么，而且请不要说种族歧视的话，也不要表现出种族歧视的样子。 事实上，我每晚花了7万多日元，我都经历过这种事了，所以下次绝对不会了。 谢谢，

Comfy room with great skyline view. Love the set up of the room.

Perfect location. Limousine Bus transfer direct from airport to hotel, very convenient. Easy to access everywhere. Communication was easy with the hotel staff, and they speak fluent English. Deluxe Room is okay, just a bit small. But Premium Suite is awesome with skyline view, feel great to wake up with a view every morning.

The staff is very friendly and nice. If you're with family, beware of the bathroom though, the shower and the toilet area for this room type are using frosted glass but still manageable since they provided curtains to separate the bathroom and bedroom area. But might need a few coordination with your fam if they're showering and you need to get out of the room. But, despite all that I love this hotel.

The triple room is a bit small although it could be normal for Tokyo.

Hotel baru, jadi semuanya masih fresh. And Overall it’s Good, next time i will back here:).

Hotel was so nice. Good location for stay. Near station and so many food to find:) all the staff so really really nice and the service so excellent.
