Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollen Zimmern, hochwertige Ausstattung, super Sauber, alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, Das Frühstück ist weltklasse, der Poolbereich ist großzügig mit ausreichend Liegen und Schattenplätzen, es gibt einen Salzwasserpool und einen Süßwasserpool, tolle Poolbar, die Auswahl an Restaurants ist klasse und das Essen hat überall sehr gut geschemcht. Mein Favorit Thai Garden! Die Wellness Anwendungen waren ebenfalls von sehr guter Qualität! Die gesamte Umgebung ist sehr schön und es gibt Einiges zu entdecken. Ein paar kleine Geschäfte gibt es auch. Menorca an sich ist eine sehr schöne Insel. Ich empfehle einen Mietwagen!

Although I loved the staff, there was issues with our check-in because the “pool needed fixing”. It took an hour and a half past established check-in time for us to be able to go in the room. The pool wasn’t the cleanest and it had been recently painted with a white paint that left a white residue and stained our swimwear. We waited it out as they had suggested but it never stopped staining, so we could not enjoy it. It is not as private as it may appear either. The staff were great and welcoming. Rooms were specious. I perceived some stains on the curtains during our stay there. The area is safe. I honestly which they would’ve been responsive to my concerns about the pool as we were looking to enjoy it but weren’t able to.

Le personnel n’a pas été soucieux durant tout notre séjour à l’exception de quelques dames à la réception et au restaurant. Les monsieur à la réception étaient très désagréable, limite on était dévisager. Et pourtant avec des clientes de sexe féminin ils étaient grand sourire et aimable. On a demandé un last check out et ils nous ont fait payer une heure à 20€ on avait jamais vécu ça. Très déçu de ce séjour !

Hmmm - tbh… the superb staff try v. hard… however, all undermined by the cacophony of ‘lift music’ they insist on playing around the pool. Not only that, sitting on our balcony in the evening - you get different piped music from the two hotel restaurants clashing and ruining what should be a peaceful evening. It’s so old fashioned to play cringe music like this. All of us have our own headphones to play the music we like without bothering others. Please, please stop this…. I gave a mid stay comment about this.., they didn’t have the courtesy to reply :-( Our shower smelled, the soap bottles were iffy…there’s no handle on the outside of the patio doors so you have to try and grip the glass to open/shut the door…. But the staff are brilliant :-)

Very nice set up. Restaurants were plentiful and varied but (at least for our tastes), a bit overpriced for the food quality on offer. Staff were pleasant but not particularly warm - could be hard to get service. The exception to this was breakfast which was exceptional in terms of food and service level. Overall a great stay, but room for improvements.

An incredible stay at Suites del lago, exceeded all expectations. Friendly staff, beautiful rooms& facilities. A couple of minute walk away from the marina which has lots of beautiful restaurants, would highly recommend.

Everything was just perfect the service attention to details the room the breakfast all was very good Not so sure of the use of the pool with room it is tiny and very cold also no privacy as it is directly to main pool The Peruvian restaurant was excellent

Las piscinas están genial, con gran disponibilidad de tumbonas y camas balinesas. Una de ellas con dj que ayuda mucho a ambientar. Nuestra habitación estaba bien, pero es verdad que cogimos la habitación con cocina para tener más servicio y la cocina estaba realmente limitada. No hay ni horno, ni microondas ni fogones. Sólo una placa eléctrica. Teníamos una pequeña piscina en la habitación, pero echamos de menos unas tumbonas en la terraza. Sólo hay un par de sillas. Para el desayuno hay que esperar, tanto para sentarte como para que te sirvan. Y eso que estuvimos en temporada baja. Nos encantó que todos los días nos dejaban un pequeño detalle en la habitación.

Fantastic weekend getaway! Staff are truly friendly and professional and were able to help us with everything we needed for the weekend! Britanny at the Lago hotel side was so friendly with recommendations as well! The only downside is the state of the spa, which i was disappointed in the condition. It needs maintenance and upgrading. Also, given it is a 5* hotel, i expected it not be accessible for free (obviously pay for treatments). Breakfast at the suites was also truly exceptional, i would come back again!

The staff are attentive & friendly, the food at the hotel is top quality with plenty of choices. If you fancy a change, there are plenty of good restaurants around the pretty harbour. The resort is quite, perfect for a relaxing break.

The hotel and hotel restaurants were fabulous. The port area was a little downmarket, but would be great for families on a budget.

Wow!! Fantastic 5 night stay in June. We were two couples travelling together. We both had the suite rooms and they were amazing with lots of room and storage. Clean, fresh and lots of features with multiple TV’s, HVAC and lighting controls. Nice balcony too with a view of the pools. We had the half board and ate breakfast’s and dinners at the onsite restaurant, F O C. Food was incredible and service was amazing. Staff were so friendly. We had a car rented so used it to successfully explore the island. We also used the hiking trails that start near the hotel. Also highly recommend the boat excursion with skipper Mark - fantastic way to spend 4 hrs. Loved it!!

Had a short 2 day stay. The hotel did a room upgrade for us which was nice of them. Also the service was great and amenities are awesome. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. I would definitely return
