The room was not well soundproofed, and the sound of doors opening and closing in other rooms was so loud that I couldn't sleep at all. There were a few hairs in the quilt, and I didn't know if it was because the previous quilt was not changed. I was so sleepy at the time that I took the hair off the bed and went to sleep directly. As a result, I was woken up by the sound of the door closing next to me after only sleeping for an hour, and I couldn't sleep all night.

Nice hotel, but parking is awfull. There a no handicap parking spots but 1 in the garage. For our second night even that one was taken so we had to park a few bloks further. The price per night is too high

Aside from the condition of the parking lot, it was truly a pleasure to stay with you.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 days while looking for an apartment in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. The area had plenty of dining options that were in walking distance. You have to park on the street but that is typical for NY unless you won't to pay for parking. I had no problems finding a place to park while I was there.

I was pleasantly surprised that the beds were very comfortable. I struggle with horrible back pain and slept great there. Staff was great and building very nice

First room was filthy, but that as correct by offering me other rooms. Overall there is not enough attention to detail when it some to clan but the female staff member at the reception who work early to late evening is a gem.

The property is very clean and is ln a great location!

The staff are always pleasant and hospitable. Also, the property and rooms are always super clean. Can’t wait to come back!

For my purposes the location could not be better. Breakfast was offered and coffee and tea available 24/7. The place was updated and clean. A little loud but it is the city after all. Room was small but adequate. I’d stay her again.
