Beautiful hotel in a central location, so close to the cathedral. The service from all staff is fantastic. The rooftop view of the Alhambra is lovely. Would definitely stay again in Granada!

Hotel meraviglioso. Suite 4 ha collegata la 12 e ha un meraviglioso terrazzo a vetrate sulla corte interna, pavimenti e soffitto stupendi. Grande comfort. Personale gentilissimo e servizio impeccabile. All’ultimo piano terrazzo solarium con vista su tutta Granada e la cattedrale di fronte. SPA con piscina piccola ma curata.

From the moment we arrived the staff embraced us with history of our hotel. We were taken to our room and fully informed of all amenities that the hotel had to offer. We took advantage of the beautiful rooftop bar with its astounding views of the city and Alhambra. The spa was excellent as well with a steam room, relaxation lounge and pool. All recommendations from their concierge staff were excellent. The location was in the heart of shopping and eating at every corner.

A unique property that is old and elegant and pristine. This hotel is a joy.

The Palacio Gran Via was one of my favorite solo stays. I stayed here over the 4th of July weekend and felt comfortable right away. The hotel is gorgeous. My room was always clean. I am someone who tends to return to my hotel room multiple times a day to rest and recharge. Housekeeping somehow managed to tidy up while I was out each time. On a few occasions they left a sweet detail, like a chocolate or tiny bottled fragrance. Francisco and Alexia at the front desk were so kind and intuitive about my needs. I landed at 9 a.m. and sent a chat message through Expedia asking about early check-in. I had forgotten to let the hotel know in advance I'd be arriving early, so I really did not expect them to have a room ready for an early-check in at the last minute. Francisco replied almost immediately and said my room was ready, which made my whole morning. The staff in general were really warm. They always smiled, greeted me, or held the door as I passed by. It never felt forced, just genuinely thoughtful, which meant a lot since I was traveling alone. The location was great. I walked to the Alhambra, the Moorish quarter, the Catedral, and San Nicolás. I barely needed to use a ride service and felt safe even walking around at night. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, really appreciate the attention to good sleep with nice beds and soundproofing and pillow menu! Just the room was a bit small for the money and the layout not as functional as it could be.

Great centrally located hotel beautifully decorated, very clean, close to everything We were welcomed by Ania, who made us feel at home , she has great communication and customer service skills. Alex was very helpful and accommodating at all times. All staff were amazing and helpful . The only downside was that at breakfast time one particular staff member was ignoring us and we couldn't get our order and coffee for a long time. There were only 2 tables to serve. After waiting for 15 min my husband had to get up and ask for service. Another staff member Catherine was looking after us next morning and she was amazing and attentive. The selection and variety of food was amazing. Overall it's a great hotel that we will come back again and will highly recommend to friends.

We liked everything about the hotel - the welcome, our room, the food, the pool and the rooftop terrace, and most of all the wonderful staff. They were so kind and thoughtful and couldn't do enough for us. They made an amazing holiday even more special.

Excellent hotel and location for visiting Granada. Very helpful staff Room 6 was beautiful. Maybe I would prefer closet was not inside the bathroom but still very lovely stay.

Great staff, we were well looked after, excellent food and drinks. Lovely building with great rooftop space, will definitely stay here again on our return to Granada.

Hotel tem Garagem, Otima localização, academia, tem um terraço com uma vista muito legal. um dos melhores hoteis da minha viagem a Espanha
