整體普通，房間及走廊有異味 清潔不足

服務人員很好 房間夠大 設備也足夠 距離車站很近 5分鐘有一間便利店 唯一不足是免費車位太少 我即使早一個月申請也提供不到

酒店位置入口位於內街，不太好找。 而且不尚算很近鹿兒島中央車站，步行也要10多分鐘，夏天會比較辛苦。 房間整齊乾淨，有洗衣機鋅盤及簡單廚房設施。

地點非常方便，離輕軌站很近，步行也可以到鹿兒島中央站，飯店入口位於小巷子內，非常安靜，房間空間很大，有小廚房、餐具、帶有冷凍庫的冰箱、洗衣機和洗衣膠囊，適合長期住宿。

酒店是整潔是舒適的 特別是能提供廚房設備 煮食便利以及洗衣機 但不滿意的地方是 早餐不再是自助早餐，而是每早都是一式樣的2款早餐感到疑惑，希望下次能提早知會 另外借用bb用品也不齊全的，所以真的是要提早一點預留

The entrance of the hotel is in an one-way road. It may take some time for you to find if you drive to the hotel. There are very few parking lots available in the hotel. You may need to park in the parking lots nearby (about 2-3 minutes walking distance). The charge is around 500-600 JPY per night or 100 JPY per 30 mins. The room is clean and spacious. The facilities are in good condition. Washing machine, microwave and electric stove are available inside the room. The washing machine has the function of drying clothes. (takes about 3,5 hours) The room cleaning service is charged but you can ask the staff to change towels and empty the trash can by putting the notice outside the room before 10 am. They provide two choices for breakfast and I chose egg salad sandwich provided with apple juice or vegetable juice (100 JPY if you want to change the drink to coffee). The taste is good but everyday is just the same. The sound proof inside the room is good. There are plenty of electric sockets including USB power supply next to the bed. You can walk to AEON or AMU shopping mall right next to Kagoshima-Chuo station within 15 mins. There is a airport-express limousine in the station.

It's new hotel and has spacious room. There are washing machine, microwave & cooker provided. Things to be improved: 1) the breakfast area can be extended (if possible). 2) google map or GPS didn't show the hotel. 3) it's located in a small lane and difficult to find it.

房間床架是木作關係，如跳動或敲打很容易造成噪音，因當天住宿遇到上樓層沒素質的住客，整晚都沒睡好！

酒店近電車，步行天文館、鹿兒島中央車站也方便。

室内も綺麗で家族5人で快適に過ごせました。

部屋が綺麗で備品も揃っており良かった

Hotel is near the Shinkansen station and the tram and walkable to several restaurants. However it is on a back street which might put some people off.

We loved the triple bunk bed room. It was very spacious and had everything we wanted. It even had a washer/dryer in the room for us to do laundry! We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed our stay. Property was convenient for walking. We had minimal interaction with staff. The laundry in the room was great.
