优点：客房服务人员非常热情友好，早餐也不错。缺点：房间真的很小，我没想到那么小，没有牙刷，塔楼看起来有点旧。如果用旅行App付款，他们无法开具发票。地板上没有地毯。有人走动的时候很吵。

小蟑螂2只，食物不够，清洁度差。

地理位置非常优越，靠近各个地方，尤其是美食场所。

到处都是烟味（尤其是大堂）。工作人员非常乐于助人，终于找到了没有烟味的房间，但浴室管道仍然有一点异味。酒店位于华人区。有很多中国本地餐厅和超市。周围到处都是嘟嘟车。

The wifi connection so tereible, outside the room = 20Mbps but in room just 150Kbps

Strategic location close to mall and mekong river, fast check in, clean room makes Ibis very suitable for staying. Please turn on the AC in the elevator to make it more comfortable, thank you

Khách sạn ở khu trung tâm, dễ dàng tìm quán ăn và siêu thị, khách sạn đơn giản, toilet 5 sao. Tuy nhiên, buổi tối có tiếng động lạ, có thể là do cách âm không tốt lắm.

It was a great pleasure to stay here. The staff was also very helpful. The place is located near the city area and also near Chinatown, so you don't have to worry if you stay out till midnight. What I love about their room is they have a lot of plug sockets that can be used, and you don't have to bring a travel adapter because it's a universal plug socket. Also, they provide an iron but need to request it. Overall, my stay here for 3 nights was so nice and comfortable. Will definitely stay here if I come to Phnom Penh again. Thank you so much.

Check in time very late and strict, we came to the front counter around 15:40 or 15:45 that was 15 minutes before check in time (16:00). The receptionist did the check in documents for us but after finished we asked for the room key to go to our room. But they said we have to wait until 16:00. That was only 15 minutes before 16:00. Too strict. Moreover, be careful to use the bathroom. At night time we faced the bathroom's door handle broke and dropped from its padlock. We couldn't open the door. Fortunately the broken handle was outside of the bathroom. We just couldn't use the bathroom. But thinking, if you are inside the bathroom and your are facing that problem. What will be happen especially if you stay in the room alone. How can you go out from that bathroom.? For others, good. Value for money.
