Beautiful hotel and the staff was grate! My only concern was the room so small. 24/7 beverage free. I will considered for my next trip to Segovia

Great place to stay near the Aquaduct. Very clean , nice breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Paid parking nearby and other free options a short walk away . Lift.

Buona la colazione, possibilità durante il giorno di farsi un caffè, poi succhi, latte, frutta sempre a disposizione, in centro a pochi passi dall’acquedotto, non lontano dalla stazione dei bus per fare escursioni nei dintorni, tutto bello siamo stati bene.

Excellent hotel in a very convenient location. Very clean and tidy. No complaints at all. The lady looking after the breakfast area was exceptionally committed to her job (I wasn’t even allowed to take an apple with me after breakfast to take on my walk - or maybe my request was lost in translation).

Super bien ubucado, el desayuno bien y las camas muy cómodas. La atención estupenda y puedes tomar café agua zumos etc. El único "pero" es que dejen fumar en el patio con lo chulo que hubiera sido desayunar ahí 😓 pero en general, un buen sitio para visitar Segovia

The property was close to restaurants, shops, bars & main attractions, breakfast was good, we had a great stay

This was a solid place to stay. Not fancy but clean and plenty nice. Plus the included tasty full breakfast was great

Great location. Very helpful staff and a very good breakfast. A bit noisy, but that’s pretty much everywhere in Segovia. They allow dogs which is great for dog owners, but can also be a bit noisy with dogs barking.

The room was advertised as a queen bed but when we got there it was only a double. That makes a difference for two guys sleeping in a bed

This was really pleasant. From the start, the girl who checked us in was helpful and super friendly. The hotel has a space for lounging where there is a sofa and big tv that feels like home. There is also a patio that is relaxing as well. Juice, coffee, tea and fruit is available to guests. This is a nice perk. This hotel feels like a boutique hotel. We really loved it!
