The hotel is kind off the beaten path which is why we chose it. That said, we liked not being in the middle of it all. The staff is wonderful and the breakfast is great. The rooms are okay but overall, we had nothing to complain about.

You can hear everything that is going on outside, very noisy.

Lo unico que destaco fue que el servicio no fue malo. El hotel sucio, la habitacion tenia un olor desagradable, el.gym nunca funciono porquebes de una empresa externa y ..... el bano estaba sucio las paredes desagradable, pelos en el piso. El baño del lobby estaba sucio y la tapa del baño estaba despegada. Mala experiencia

I didn't like that there's no help to carry the luggage or greeters when you first get in, because they are overworking the staff. The towels were dirty. Cleaning staff very rude. Our room had the trash picked up but floors were never cleaned and neither was the shower. It was a big disappointment. Breakfast was a la carte and it was limited options. I didn't like anything about this hotel.

En hotel en general está bien y la comida en el desayuno muy bien . Mi situación fue en el check in que la joven me hizo pagar el seguro del hotel porque era obligatorio y luego me enteré que era opcional . Hablé con el gerente y me van a dar un reembolso que aún espero todavía . Pero la joven del counter no fue nada de amable al contrario prepotente y embustera también.

Nice hotel, great restaurant with amazing views! Clean rooms and friendly staff. They hosted me and my wedding guest (70 people) for my wedding and did great!

The onsite staff were very helpful and friendly! I was not pleased with the management and how they handled my reservation. In short, I was set up and ended up paying more than my original reservation.

Everyone was very helpful. We weren’t 100% fluent with Spanish but they were willing to work with us and continue to practice and learn! Everyone was so kind to us.
