房間大, 但泊車位較少, 停車費也比較貴. 職員態度很好

雖然交通唔算方便,如果去酒店推住行李上山都比較辛苦,推落山就還可以接受,建議你路程唔超過十分鐘的話,就坐的士吧,酒店行五分鐘左右有超市,附近亦都有便利店,又或者行五分鐘左右可以去到購物街個頭,酒店整體嚟講都好乾淨,始終近山,有昆蟲都無可避免

very nice experience living in Gion. Facilities are new, clean and modern, nice staffs with good communications. Free drinks provided, convenient location, cozy bathroom. Highly recommended.

洗面所ゴキブリがでた。 夜間のフロントにつながらず、緊急連絡先がフロントに書いてあったため、電話するもつながらず。 全体的に綺麗で良いものの、出るものは、仕方ないが対応されなかったため不満。

For the price, I’d rather pay less and stay further away. It was way too crowded at the hotel and surrounding areas. There is also zero amenities besides the laundry room which was a nightmare of its own. For a hotel of this size, there were two washers and one dryer. Guests were pulling other guests clothes out….

Our room was very clean and a lot of spaces. Also, loved the bath room and tab with bubbles. The design of our room was nice! Staff were very friendly and fluent in English. The only negative point was their breakfast. The buffet had very few selections, not much Japanese food at all. There was no curry, even though their advertisement says they have. No chef was present to grill fishes or Kyoto’s traditional dishes. They could improve their break buffet, as I felt it was like **** Inn’s cheap breakfast fast food (e.g. toast, pancake, cereal, yogurt etc.)

Neighbourhood to cultural area. Room is spacious and clean. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The self service coffee bar at the lobby is a plus.

The staff was amazing. The space had everything you needed and more. The hotel is in the best part of Kyoto. Charming and accessible to everything.

Nice, spacious modern room with luxurious bathroom. Stayed 3 nights. Nicest place we’ve stayed at during our travels so far.

Great stay. Comfortable beds, clean space, and the kitchenette is a nice touch. Taxi drivers do struggle to find the small street, though, so be prepared to show them a map of the navigation, if you’re not using an app taxi service. Nice Sri Lankan food in the cafe, too.

Easy check in, nice building, good mattress, great staff, directions to use the property are very clear and straight forward.

Beautiful hotel in a nice area. Very walkable. There were some areas that were not perfectly clean like the floor surrounding the bed and nightstands. A pleasant stay and would recommend.
