Beautiful place to stay and would recommend. I did have an encounter with a couple of staff members who were non chalant and were frankly rude when I asked for help in connecting to the wifi. Apart from that bitter experience, the rest was fine.

Really helpful staff, nice big room which was comfortable. Only thing was only one little window opened and no AC so was a bit warm over night.

Spacious room

Room 5 was huge and in good condition with a roll top bath and a generous walk in shower. I would have said that the room lighting could have been brighter which would have made reading easier at night.

The location was great and the atmosphere in the bar area was great. The food menu had a great choice, the Pizzas were fabulous. The room was good although the first impression was not good as the carpet was stained. Apart from that we had a great weekend.

The staff were all lovely and helpful, the room was beautiful, the bed was comfy and the breakfast was first class - we’ll definitely be back if we have another event in Sheffield!

Far enough away from City Centre but not so far you feel isolated. It is a quaint converted 19th century mansion property with a very relaxed vibe. The restaurant on the ground floor was always full of locals so you know the food is good. Everything you would expect from a local inn. Free, delicious chocolate chips cookies everyday! Within walking distance of the Botanic Gardens and if you have a bike, the Peak District is also close by. I loved Sheffield and I loved the Florentine.

Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff, the room was amazing, would definitely stay there again.

We were only here for one night, but the hotel was lovely! Staff was friendly and the restaurant downstairs was delicious for dinner. Rooms were nice and spacious and very comfy. No A/C, which we knew going in, so it was nice that a fan was provided. Great place to stay!

Comfortable 2 night stay.The room was large and had 2 armchairs to sit in.

Staff are always excellent, the room was superb and the bed very comfortable

A great overnight stop with good food and beer in the restaurant. It wasn’t warm in the public areas or the room but it was cold weather outside. The room heater struggled and was a bit noisy

The property is fine as this was our 2nd stay but the mattress in the double room wasnt comfortable. The heater also made noise when it warmed or cooled.

Stayed one night and had a lovely, big, airy room which was very quiet.

Todella mieluisa paikka varsinkin liikematkalaiselle. Aamupala normaalisti klo 7 alkaen, mutta henkilökunta järjesti aikaisemmin, joka oli mieluista. Lisäksi alakerran ravintola ja baari ovat todella viihtyisiä. Pitkän työpäivän jälkeen ei tee mieli matkata kauas, joten alakerta oli todella mieluisa. Puhumattakaan hyvästä ja kohtuu hintaisesta ruuasta.

Unfortunately my room was directly over the services and delivery area at the back of the Hotel above the kitchens and there was a constant noise and vibration from Air conditioning/Extractor Fans-could not sleep.

Exceptional small boutique hotel. Lovely staff.
