We had a great stay ,easy to walk into centre. Petrol station is 24 hours and 24 hour subway which was great 👍

I stayed here for just one night and had a really pleasant experience. Check-in was warm and welcoming, with the lovely surprise of cookies on arrival – a great touch after a long journey. The hotel itself feels very modern and clean throughout, and the room was no exception: stylish, well-kept, and with a very comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was another highlight, with plenty of good options at the buffet and everything tasting fresh and delicious. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, adding to the overall relaxed atmosphere. The location is excellent too, with the city centre easily reachable on foot. For a short stay in the city, this hotel ticked all the boxes – I’d happily stay again.

Lovely clean spacious room in a great location

Lovely hotel and fantastic breakfast. The staff who were running breakfast were efficient and friendly. The front desk staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming- both at night and the morning. Just note that parking is not free and it costs £15 per 24 hours. Would have been nice to know this prior to the trip as may have chosen a different hotel as price was a factor.

Room was quiet and spacious . Nicely decorated and I enjoyed my stay . The bed was very large and comfy .

Convenient

Well, lets start with the positive.. The room is a decent size and clean. The issues with this hotel.. You have to pay for parking! For a 2 night stay, cost me £30. Also the car park is shared with the football ground.. I can see this being an issue if a match is on. There is no desk in the room.. there is lots of space for it! The rooms aircon is terrible.. it was running constantly set at 17, I dont think the room dropped below 25. Lol, it was like 15 degrees outside in the morning but nearly 30 in the room.

The hotel itself is lovely. The welcome cookie was a nice touch. The food in the bar/restaurant though was not good. I ordered the salmon salad - salmon was tasty but the rest was pretty poor for a hotel of this overall quality.

The Hotel is great but parking demand exceeds capacity. If you leave to visit friends, no space on return!

Great hotel, lovely rooms, nice breakfast. Really helpful staff. The only thing we didn’t like about the stay was allowing dogs in common areas.

Lovely hotel, stylish, friendly and helpful staff. Great brekkie. Bit noisy because of building work but that’s only temporary. Very comfortable.

We had a problem with our air conditioning, once we alerted the lobby we had a new room within 10 minutes. The staff COULD NOT have been any more friendly and accommodating. This is my second stay in a Double Tree and it won't be my last. Great room and great breakfast too. Friendly staff and a great bar. In one word, EXCELLENT.
