Cons:- AC was HOT. Had to complain and endured the first night with hot air until they fixed it the next day.- Check-in was terrible. There was no front office. We had to ask the security of the housing complex (it is actually a complex of many villas) who also didn't have a clue. Finally someone from the villa management came and checked us in, after waiting almost 20 minutes in confusion!- Many amenities and the place in general were not maintained and broken: bathtub was broken, cooking pans were dirty and rusty, weeds grew tall around the pool.- We didn't get the exact villa we were ordering from Traveloka. We were moved to another villa because of their mismanagement! So frustrating. Pros: In Nusa Dua area, close to the south beaches.
