Staf hotel sangat ramah. Miss Tina mengizinkan kami untuk menumpang mandi dan berganti baju, bahkan dia memberikan handuk dan sabun untuk kami. Miss Rose juga so helpful, dia membantu kami memesan mobil untuk ke bandara. Bahkan kami mendapatkan angpao karena hari itu adalah Lunar New Year. Lokasi hotel berada masuk ke gang, begitu ke luar gang langsung Beer Street yang sangat ramai dengan pengunjung. Meskipun demikian, suasana hotel tetap tenang dan kami bisa istirahat nyenyak. Beberapa hal yang perlu ditingkatkan: kebersihan kamar, terutama lantai agar disapu apabila tamu meminta untuk clean my room. Seprai juga sebaiknya diganti apabila tamu menginginkannya, bukan hanya sekadar dirapikan saja.

The room was great, a bit small but very comfortable. They are very friendly staff! Especially the ladies at the front desk, her name is 'Tracy' for helping us during my stay until we checked out. And we had a great breakfast! Thanks The Cosy Inn, it's a good experience ☺️

The room is cozy, the location is in the center of the old quarter, you can easily find food nearby. Tina and Trecy were very friendly and helpful during our stay.

Recommended banget! 😍🥰 Pas pertama nyari hotelnya agak susah karena masuk gang kecil gitu. Tapi pas masuk ke dalam langsung berasa nyaman banget vibes hotelnya. Walaupun lobby-nya kecil tapi bersih dan wangi 👍🏻. Semua staff-nya juga ramah, super helpful, bisa bahasa Inggris jadi komunikasinya gampang. Booking 3 kamar dan dapat 2 kamar di-upgrade jadi dapat kamar yang lebih luas ❤️. Kamar bersih, rapi, dan furniture-nya juga terlihat masih baru jadi berasa tambah bersih. Breakfast-nya di lantai 8. Makananya sederhana tapi tetap enak semua dan bisa pilih dari menu-menu yang disediakan (jadi bukan buffet gitu) Yang bisa kita ambil sendiri hanya minuman, buah, dan roti-rotian. Lokasinya juga strategis. Turun hotel langsung area yang ramai dan penuh dengan tempat makan ❤️.⭐️ 10/10

What I really like from the hotel is the hospitality. The staff are all nice and helpful. The receptionist (Tracy) and another man in the front desk helped us a lot in recommending cheaper transport and guiding us the easier way to places wanted to visit.

The rooms are quite small but really nice, even though the size is very small it is really convenient to work here, to use the bathroom, TV, shelves, etc. They offer electronic cards to access the rooms. AC works flawlessly, and there is enough light in the room. The bulbs are bright enough and the windows are big. Furniture is almost like new, I can't find any big flaws, the room is clean. Breakfast is OK, not brilliant, it's just OK. The restaurant is located on the roof so there are nice views above the roofs. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there is an elevator to get your luggage to your room. As for me there are not enough wall plugs, there are two near the bed and one under the table, the second one under the table is partly covered by the table, so only a few devices with small-sized plugs can use it. There are several small convenient stores nearby, and many restaurants, sport bars, and pubs.

The room actually good, morning staff is very good and beautiful and so humble, also the food taste good, the location very good and strategic.

Excellent service! Thank you Tracy and team, I'm a happy customer! We can get early check-in and switch breakfast, very flexible which is what all travelers need. The room is also big, and they can give you airport transfer with a good price. I stayed 8 days in Vietnam (Da Nang, Hanoi, Sa Pa) and I can say, this is the best hotel I've experienced. Will book this hotel again when back to Hanoi. The only downside is that the hotel is located in a small alley and can be a bit difficult to find.

This accommodation is located near everywhere. Their service was impeccable, and the room is nice, it's because it is a new hotel. Every staff has a great command of English and is very helpful to give information, especially Tracy.

The room and location are good. However, the room is not fully soundproof. We can hear noises when sleeping. The room door has a crack as well.

房间非常漂亮、干净、舒适，非常适合度假。房间设施也比较齐全，除了个人物品外不需要准备太多。接待员非常可爱和友好，Giang 或其他关心客人，甚至问我为什么眼睛红了 =)) 100 分。总体来说，接待员会热情地解答客人关于酒店和河内街道的问题。此外，如果您提前退房，他们仍然会告诉您将您的物品留下，到达机场后再回来取，这样您就不必随身携带它们了。哦，还有一件事，第一天我比入住时间提前 1 小时到达，但如果有空房，他们仍然让我当天入住，无需等待，这真是太好了。厨房做的早餐很好，吃起来很方便，有豪华的欧式菜肴，还能播放符合你口味的音乐=))
