Room and cleanliness worth it with the price.

Upon entering, I was told to pay 10RM per day as that's the government rule. This was not written in the Hotel terms. I only had limited RM with me, and the receptionist doesn't accept dollars nor accommodate the exchange process. I had to run around for an hour looking for an exchange shop. There was no staff to help with my luggages as the only person available was a thin man who complains as soon as they see my large luggage. I also saw that the hotel offers prizes if you review it with maximum star, so don't be fooled by the high rating. The saving grace was when my travel companion got sick, the receptionist helped look for hospitals and make calls with me. If it hadn't been for this, I would've completely lost hope in the hotel. All in all, go here if you want a cheap price or family rooms. But if you're looking for comfort, I suggest going to another place.
