辦理入住手續快速方便，飯店位置優越，鄰近購物中心和烏節路。

請改善浴室的清潔狀況，因為它是公用的。

The staff is friendly, the hotel was clean even the shared bathroom. At first, I was shocked with the size and the shared bathroom but after taking one night and seeing the cleanliness of the bathroom even though it was shared, it was being cleaned up several times a day and tissue was always checked and full. So far, my family is happy with this hotel and recommended.

The hotel location is behind Orchard Center Point, easy for looking for food and Seven Eleven, also near from the bus station (just walk 5 minutes).

The staff was friendly and also understanding.

Dekat dengan cafe-cafe di Orchard Road. Akses mudah, lokasi strategis. Kamar nyaman.

I enjoy staying in this hotel. Location is great, near the bus and MRT station. Straight way to Orchard Road. Lots of cafes in front of the hotel, but it's soundproof in the room. Staff is very nice, explaining things and answering questions. Shared bathrooms are large and clean, not mixed between sexes. The shower has good pressure. The room is comfortable and clean. You'll have to deposit 100 Singapore dollars, by the way. Four people could fit into a room. They have a spacious kitchen and you could iron your clothes in the public area as well. Early check out at 6 AM is available. I just need to mention that you'll have to use stairs to access the reception area. There is no lift.

receptionist hotel ramah. tidak ada masalah. hanya saja jam check in terlalu lama dan jam check out terlalu cepat. sangat tidak adil. untuk kebersihan kamar mandi 0, kamar mandi bau pesing, shower rusak, rambut dimanamana, pintu utama kamar mandi sllu dlm keadaan terbuka? gatau alasan nya apa. sampah tissue dimanamana. saat minta utk cleaning kamar, cmn dirapihin aja dan ganti handuk? even di sapu jg kaga. seprei ga diganti (kalo ga dibilang) padahal nginep disitu 5 hari 4 malem loh. penerangan kamar juga jelek, lampu nya kuning dan gelap. jendela ngga ada. kekedapan kamar jg 0, area depan hotel ini banyak bar dan jujur dr jam 8 malem - 6 pagi brisiknya bukan main dan menganggu waktu istirahat. harusnya hotel nambah sesuatu utk buat kamar lebih kedap.

Arena e-sport Hotel Orchard. Lokasi yang strategis, dari Changi saya turun di Somerset, jalan kaki 5 menit menuju hotel, sangat mudah di jangkau. Staff yang ramah. Dengan kamar mandi terpisah, disarankan mandi di pagi hari agar nyaman. Sangat menarik, akan kembali lagi jika ke singapura.

Staff hotel sangat ramah dan membantu proses saat check in. Kamar bersih dan nyaman, tidak terdengar suara bising di luar, sayangnya penerangan kurang terang. Disediakan handuk besar & bersih. Kamar mandi bersih dan lengkap dengan shower dengan water heater, ada sabun, shampo, hair dryer, dan lain-lain. Dapur & ruang makan bersih, ada microwave, teko listrik & disediakan air minum. Yang sangat kami suka lokasinya sangat strategis, nempel dengan Cuppage Plaza, dekat ke Orchard Central, stasiun MRT, halte bus, Lucky Plaza dan tentunya dekat es krim uncle🤗😍. Meskipun terletak di lantai 2 tapi ga masalah buat kami seklg karena kami hanya bawa koper kabin, lagi pula step tangganya ga tinggi dan ruang tangga lebar. Sayang di sekitarnya banyak resto non halal, kita harus aktif tanya halal atau tidak karena mereka ga mau info meskipun tau kami semua berhijab. Alhamdulillah ketemu dengan resto halal dekat hotel ±100meter, buka sampai malam mungkin 24 jam, hanya motong jalan lewat dalam Cuppage Plaza, ownernya orang India sangat baik dan ramah, kita boleh pilih menu yang harganya bisa disesuaikan (murah) Yang pasti kami sekelg (saya, suami & 3 anak) sangat puas menginap di sana meskipun hanya semalam. Next time kalau ke Spore mau kembali nginap di sana lagi. Tapi tolong harganya jangan mahal² yaa. Hehee🙏😄.

The location are great, so close to MRT and shopping places, the room was clean but was a bit humid, the bathroom also clean but smells funny.

I don't recommend here. The room is dirty, the floor is not cleaned and smells bad. The bathroom is very dirty, the smell is unhealthy. It ' s noisy at night. Expensive for a room like that.

Surprisingly cozy and comfortable. Strategic place and the staff super friendly.
