前台接待员态度不好，但房间还算不错，是宿舍级别的。位置也靠近餐馆。

酒店周围的景色很适合下午放松。

入住时出了点问题。我在Traveloka上预订了一间六床房，但酒店系统收到的订单不一样。所以我们等了一会儿才终于能进房间。房间很干净，工作人员很友好，还会说马来语。

The attitude of the hotel owner and staff is very bad. I booked the wrong room for a female, the hotel did not support me to solve the problem. They kicked me out of the hotel, cursed and threatened me. Do not book this hotel. I lost money without using the service here. They also did not help me solve it.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Only negative point was that on two sides they were making a new building and renovating a building, but I hope that is finished next time when I go again to D'Nova hotel.

I booked for mixed bedroom. But the receptionist said I booked for female bedroom so I got extra charge for 50 sgd. Maybe there 's problem between platform and the hotel or something else.

We realized after checking out that we lost a jacket, but we are unable to re-enter the room to verify if it was left behind.

ทำเลดีมากสำหรับไปร่วมงานที่จัดใน National Stadium ใช้เวลาเดินจากโรงแรมแค่ 20 นาทีถึง, แต่เรื่องห้องพัก แคบเกินไปสำหรับ 6 คน ห้องน้ำเล็ก ใช้รวมกันต้องรอคิว พื้นห้องนอนและห้องน้ำทาสีทับแล้วสีลอก เข้าพัก 3 คืน ไม่เปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัว ผ้าปูที่นอนและปลอกหมอนให้ทุกวัน ใช้วนไป 3-4 วันนั้นเลย แต่หมอนและเตียงนุ่มสบายดี แค่พลิกตัวเตียงก็สั่น แขกคนอื่นมาเช็คอินดึกๆ เปิดห้องมาก็ตื่นจากเสียงดังจัดเก็บของ ไหนจะกลิ่นตัวกลิ่นเท้าคนอื่นอีก เพิ่มเงินอีกหน่อยไปพักที่ที่ห้องพักรวมน้อยลงอีกจะดีมากค่ะ

It was good for both the location and the price. The room is nicely tidy and clean, including the bathroom, and the staff were polite. Overall, it's an okay experience for us, and with hotel prices skyrocketing during New Year, this was for sure one of the best options for budget travelers.
