Das Zimmer entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Lediglich der Öffnungsmechanismus der Zimmertür via Online-Funktion funktionierte mehrmals erst nach längerer Wartezeit (über eine Minute) und gab mehrmals eine Fehlermeldung aus. Die Öffnungsfunktion via PIN-Code wurde ausprobiert, öffnete die Tür aber leider nicht.

The hotel is great. The restaurant staff is not Very accommodating. This location is not in Seville, but outside I am not sure why the description says otherwise, I was deceived by it.

Everyone was very helpful and kind. The hotel is close to the city center by bus. The rooms were clean and spacious. If I come again, I would stay here again. The food was also both reasonably priced and delicious.

The accommodations was fabulous it was out of Seville bus very easy to get into town by bus the staff were so friendly

The hotel is perfect if you like to visit Sevilla, and prefer not to be in the middle of the busy crowd or safe some money and experience the local atmosphere. The bus ride to the city centre was only 15 minutes. The procession of the town during the Semana Santa was extremely special due to the smaller size of the local community. The room was very spacious and EXTREMELY clean. The only downside were the thin walls and missing sound insulation, we were able to hear the neighbors water running, bathroom fan, suitcases in the morning etc. but this can easily be fixed with ear plug. Would stay there again.

The property is situated outside the city center, so we arranged for an Uber to take us downtown. The street is pleasantly quiet and clean, making it safe to walk at night.

La puerta de la habitación se abre con clave, al igual que la de la entrada principal por las noches. El personal siempre muy atentos y dispuestos a apoyar. El restaurante muy básico en su menú. Yo estuve varios días tomando un curso muy cerca de ahí y es una buena opción para llegar a dormir.

The hotel was just lovely. Very nicely decorated, with lots of bright light. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Note that it is not in the tourist area of town, and very little English is spoken in the area. We didn’t mind, we liked the quiet and authenticity.

Reserve a última hora de la tarde para esa misma noche y no nos pusieron ningún inconveniente, al revés, trato exquisito por parte del personal, la cama y las almohadas una pasada, la limpieza de 10, y la cafetería increíble

Hotel recomendable salvo por el ruido, se escucha todo de las otras habitaciones y también se escucha por la mañana muchas voces de la gente que está en el restaurante del propio hotel. La limpieza muy bien.

La atención de la recepcionista que nos atendió fue muy amable, y cumplieron con las peticiones especiales que le habiamos hecho de antemano. La habitacion estaba correcta, con todo lo necesario y comoda. Mejorable la alcachofa de la ducha.

O Hotel fica na região metropolitana de Sevilha, na cidade Castilleja de la Cuesta. Tem boa localização e transporte público (ônibus) a 5 minutos do hotel que liga a região à Praça de Armas em Sevilha. Staff super educado, em especial ao noturno que está sempre disposto a ajudar. A região é típica de Andaluzia, calma e residencial. Sugiro separar pelo menos parte de uma tarde para passear pelo bairro e sentir como é a vida real de um Espanhol. Novembro/2024, época que estivemos, não servia café da manhã, mas tem micro-ondas e máquina de café disponível no salão onde era o bar e área de café da manhã. Quarto amplo, cama confortável. Os móveis não são muito novos, mas nada que prejudique a estadia. Tenha em mente que o som dos corredores pode vazar um pouco para dentro do quarto.
