Elevator system always broken, the security guard (Venezuela female) extremely rude with multiple customers, exacerbating the patience of everyone with irregular situations like she have to take pictures of all ID using a personal cellphone to reported to some where we never got an acknowledgment about that, and we request to do the checking face to face at the office in the second floor.

Es una estancia bastante mediocre, lo administra una compañia llamada “Jalo”, no hay servicio de recepción, no se te ayuda en nada, no tienes acceso a ninguna área más que a tu habitación, dicen que hay convenios con restaurante para que puedas desayunar con un cierto descuento y es falso, en el restaurante te piden que les entregues un ticket y la compañía no te da nada. No hay servicio de limpieza. La zona está linda pero hasta ahí, lo mejor es quedarse en un hotel, este tipo de departamentos dejan mucho que desear.

Regular place, I would rather stay for a hotel next visit, you can hear all noises next door rooms and clubs around at night are open until late at night, noisy. Location is good

Great location. Very clean, but too small for 4 persons. No place to move or for the luggage.

Apartamento bem decorado, banho muito bom.A localização é ótima, muitos restaurantes variados por perto, além de supermercado e farmácias. É bem longe das atrações turísticas de Bogotá, mas dá para se locomover de taxi muito bem.

The property is very nice, the staff are all very helpful and the place was always very clean, everything you need is nearby. The only problem was the noise, unfortunately the hotel is close to all the bars on the area and the music is very loud until early hours in the morning, the windows are not double glassing, meaning you can hear everything. The hotel offer earplugs but it’s still annoying if you want to relax. However it’s great for those that just want to party!

The property was quite noisy at night, particularly on Fridays and Saturdays. The bed lacked comfort, and the hot water system was inconsistent—fluctuating between very hot and cold, making it difficult to regulate the temperature.

La ubicación del edificio es excelente, está en la zona de los mejores restaurante, tiendas de marcas y del Mall Andino. Un poco pequeño para las 4 personas que fuimos pero lo usamos sólo para dormir. La atención súper especial.. Sin duda alguna lo recomiendo y volvería a llegar ahí.

Great location

The experience was VERY BAD. This is NOT A HOTEL although they sell and send messages like "your hotel reservation". Room was not ready when we got there and they charged a cleaning fee in cash to get it ready. I had to move out before expected because they are not a hotel and I was traveling for medical reasons and needed hotel services. They denied help and refused to have Expedia refund my stay even when they rented the room to somebody else the same moment I left. They took advantage of my situation (my husband had heart surgery) and found a way to get double income for the room.
