Too much noise

Pictures look better than actual circumstances. Staff are friendly but always need to call front desk for hot water. Need to pay tips in order for them to clean the room better. Curtains is not covering light too well. One of the house keeper toss away my stuff. The staff is willing to buy me the stuff I lost to compensate but still the house keeping service is not professional. Wouldn’t recommend others to this hotel. The room entrance card sometimes not working And one of the bath towel was smelly…….

It’s very good to shoot staying

雙人床的棉被跟床單竟然用2個單人床包跟床單包覆，棉被竟然是用四張單人床單上下蓋住內哩，根本沒有包覆，一蓋就棉被與被單分離，立刻因為棉絮過敏，沙發髒一看就是沒清過，坐下去全身就癢了，飯店隨時都有一股怪味，感覺是倉庫翻新，又翻得非常粗糙，房間走廊一堆員工再刷漆，工具及毛巾亂丟，不行

A newly renovated hotel right on San Vitores Rd. Stayed here for two nights and the price was pretty reasonable comparing to other 5 star hotels. My arrival time was at midnight and this hotel has 24 hr front desk service, so no need to worry about missing the last check in time. Staffs were pretty friendly and helpful. This hotel has a pool (family friendly) and a gym and doesn't have any restaurants, but famous ramen such as Fujiichiban, Menkui is just about 3 minutes walk distance. Definitely visit Fujita beach (less than 5 minutes walk), the sunset is absolutely gorgeous! Downside: the sound proof isn't that good while I can hear people walking down the hall. But it didn't bother me a lot. Could install some hook in the bathroom. PS: Taxi from the airport to the hotel is 25 USD/one way and it's about 5 min drive. When checking out, you can also ask the front desk to reserve a taxi for you.

新開幕的旅館，員工服務態度很好。也願意解決問題。 不過，因為是新開幕，有些設備仍未齊備，例如：房間內沒有煮咖哩機，微波爐。浴室內沒有毛巾架。 地點很好，走路可到海邊及Guam 鬧區

２人で宿泊、部屋は十分に広くてゆっくりできました。 アメニティもコーヒー等の飲み物もあります。 １階には小さいけどコンビニもあって便利でした。

This is a very convenient hotel if you want to be on Tumon. Price was good value for a clean room and great air conditioning. High water pressure and hot water. On “could be better” was no shower door so be sure to put a towel down.

Friendly staff and clean room

シャワー室にバスタブがなくうっかりすると洗面所ゾーンが水浸しになったことを除けば、とても良いホテルでした。スタッフも親切で、シーツは清潔、スリッパあり、共有部に電子レンジあり、内装も素敵で、ロケーションも良かったです。ありがとうございました。

Great staff, clean hotel

booked last minute room and picked wrong date by accident because of the time difference. and they could not bother to be accommodating one bit and at least offer some kind of credit towards new room given i just paid then free money and did not used the room. instead they chose to offer their best and more expensive options taking advantage of the last minute situation i found myself.

ホテルから大体の観光地へのアクセスは良く、歩いて楽しむこともできました！スタッフさん達もとても親切でした！また泊まりたいです(^^)

We selected the deluxe twin and it doesn't have a kitchen. However, it has a small refrigerator which fits our needs. The laundry was down the haw and that also fits our needs.

No coffee in the morning. No place nearby to get coffee early in the morning. Walked to Hyatt hotel to get coffee. What hotel domestic an airport doesn’t have coffee for early travelers in the morning. Very annoying.

スタッフの対応は良かったでした。 部屋シャワーヘッドがあまりにも古かったので、改善するといい。

Overall, I was satisfied, but I wish slippers had been provided.

GREAT EVERYTHING! Staff continuously helpful and the renovations are GORGEOUS. Can't wait to stay here again
