Nos tuvimos que cambiar de habitación porque en la que nos dieron sonaba descargar el camión del supermercado de debajo todas las madrugadas… había una chica en recepción muy amable y simpática, y no dudó en cambiarnos de habitación.

Good location, best days of the hotel have already passed. Unfortunately we had a room which was pretty dark, with only one small window without any view. Breakfast was ok, choice was relevant to the size of the hotel.

Man muss immer die Relation zum Preis betrachten. Das insgesamt hat man zwar Einbußen wegen Renovierungsbedürftigem Hotel, jedoch haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Hotel hat alles was es braucht und die Lage ist super. Auch das Parkplatz Thema ist nicht ganz so schlimm, Abends parkt man im Ort gratis, tagsüber gibt es die Tiefgarage des Ortes welche sehr günstig ist. Ich kann das Hotel daher eigentlich nur weiterempfehlen.

I stay at a lot of hotels and I rarely write reviews. I'll also say that we got stuck in Madeira and had no choice...flight was cancelled and this was the only hotel that had rooms at the last minute. So, given that, it did the job for us as we just needed a place to crash for 24 hours. For a vacation, I wouldn't choose this hotel. Keep in mind, my family owned a hotel growing up so I have a ton of perspective. The Good: Super nice staff, great location (walkable to beach and restaurants), rooms have a view of the ocean and are decently clean The Bad: Really old rooms, facilities were not super clean (saw two dead cockroaches, lots of mosquitos), cold water knob fell off the shower, floor boards had lots of gaps, and beds were uncomfortable. So, overall, if you just need a place to sleep and shower....this place works fine. If you are looking for a resort with nice facilities and experience, this is not the place. Staff was super nice and friendly and the location is great with good views.

Amazing property

Hôtel très bien placé en centre ville, proche des restaurants et petits commerces. Ma chambre avait un balcon face à la mer... top! Literie confortable, propre, la salle de bain mériterait une petit coup de jeunesse mais propre. Dommage pas de parking donc un peu galère pour se stationner en Juillet et Août cela doit être l'enfer! Personnel souriant et chaleureux, aux petits soins. Petit déjeuner international avec du choix et copieux. Très bien placé aussi géographiquement car pas dans Funchal mais centre de l'île ce qui permet d'aller facilement d'un côté comme de l'autre

Chambre confortable, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Localisation privilégiée mais pas facile de trouver une place pour se garer. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable

Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, unser Zimmer war groß und sauber, aber es gab irgendwie nur zwei Steckdosen und die anderen wurden überklebt? War aber in Ordnung.

Das Hotel ist ok. Der Service ist gut. Wir wurden zu Beginn in ein Zimmer gesteckt, dass direkt über einem Supermarkt ist. Dieser Supermarkt ist bis mindestens 1 Uhr morgens sehr laut! Aber das Hotel hat uns freundlicherweise ein anderes Zimmer in ruhigerer Lage zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Doppelbett in diesem Zimmer war mit 140cm zu klein für meinen Geschmack. Und die Matratze extrem durchgelegen. Das Bad war sauber, aber auch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer hat zwar einen Schrank, aber dieser hat keine Fächer zum einlegen von Kleidung. Nur eine Kleiderstange. Somit für mich komplett nutzlos! Das Frühstück war jeden Tag das selbe. Aber es war alles da, und somit ok. Es gibt KEINE PARKPLÄTZE! Also es gibt für das komplette Hotel nur DREI kostenlose Parkplätze, welche in einer Woche nie frei waren!

Excellent stay here. Easy and quick check in. Breakfast was super and well stocked throughout the morning. Room was cleaned every day too.

Fantastic location and good hotel. Had everything we needed to escape the bad weather on our hike. Wonderfully friendly and helpfully staff. Minor issues were broken light bulbs and bad smell from the bathroom.
