The overall experience for one day staying was perfect and felt comfortable, like a new home.

Check-in not so smooth, because the owner saying aplication no provide phone number to him, so they not able contact us, but I did try message and call few times, response is quite slow, until check-in day 1 PM only they provide me info to check-in. If you first time booking Melaka home stay, is quite difficult to check-in because you totally don't know process. Room so far is OK, please be prepare RM200 for deposit. Parking place is enough.

Excellent service by IHousing, the PIC of the booking is very responsive when called. And everything is detailed in their self check-in/check-out guideline. Kudos to their food recommendations and discount. The residence we stayed in is in good condition, well maintained, and clean. All the basic necessities are provided, and the environment is peaceful. The location is also strategic with many eateries and shops nearby, and quite close to Malacca City centre. My family enjoyed our stay here and will definitely book again when on holiday in Malacca.

Bilik bersih... Check-in smooth... Cuma deposit nak transfer balik kena tunggu sampai 72 jam (3 hari). Lama sangat process-nya... Sepatutnya dalam masa 24 jam perlukan transfer balik deposit kalau tak ada apa-apa masalah... Minta pihak management dapat perbaiki process transfer deposit.

Staff semua oke, tapi nak isi borang sebelum nak check in sangat menyusahkan, kite ni da la nak daftar pakai hanpon, signal line kureng, pasti da isi borang nak isi borang yang lain plak pakai apps dia..adoii melecehkan!!harap upgrade skit n tidak menyusahkan customer mengisi banyak borang la ye..kite datang untuk bercuti bkn untuk mgisi borang yang menyusahkan terima kasih.

tolong improve checkin & check out time. tempat nak ambil & letak kunci jauh. park susah. booking rumah lain. dapat rumah lain. lambat respon. cadar kotor & gatal². hantar extra tilam janji 6pm tapi lambat. yang menghantar tilam sewaktu kami xde di rumah hisap rokok dalam rumah. sewaktu kami balik dari luar bau rokok dalam rumah sangat kuat. failed. so far 1/10. sangat tidak berpuas hati. traveloka okay sangat membantu. cuba agent/owner apartment ni sangat² tidak membantu. review ikhlas selepas melalui pengalaman. terima kasih

Very late only can check in, how can like this? Check in time is 3pm, but inform me cannot check in at the time, need to wait because still not clean up, still got guess inside, will call after guess check out, 5pm only can check in, not recommend!

Untuk proses check-in nanti diarahin via WA, karena pengambilan dari mail box. Untuk kamar yang kita dapat itu 1 kamar, 1 kamar mandi. Kasur ada di kamar, di ruang tamu (ini ada tangga untuk naik ke kasur) di ruang TV ada seperti kasur yang bisa dipakai untuk tidur. Ruangan luas dan nyaman, cuma karena toilet 1 kalau lagi kebelet rada ribet. Tapi tetap recommend karena nyaman. Untuk akses kita menggunakan sewa mobil jadi nyaman karena dapat free parkir (untuk parkir dia di lantai tertentu) ada fasilitas kolam renang, kita gak cobain karena lagi dibersihin.

Tak info awal kolam tutup under maintenance. Bila dah check in baru tauu. Patutla murah semacam rege die 😌 kecewa sebab tak dapat mandi kolam !! 😓

Kamar bersih dan nyaman cocok buat family.

WhatsApp them 1 day before for the details of check in so that everything goes smoothly the next day. The unit is tip top condition and my family enjoyed our stay there.

Overall is superb, except during self check-in, quite troublesome, admin did not make clear how to self check-in. I arrived late but ended up with a late check-in due to the self check-in procedure. Next time I will be aware of this.

Nyaman buat family berkualitas murah. Anak-anak senang di sini, kolam renang yang sangat luas dan nyaman.❤️
