The apartment was everything we were looking for - spacious, with a west facing terrace, bright and so clean! It’s about a 25 minute walk into the centre, though there is a bus option. We like staying on the outskirts of town as you get to see more ‘real life’. I’ve given 4 rather than five stars for the area just because it would have been nice to have more dining choices - that said, we had plenty of facilities to cook our own meals and there were 2 places to eat which were nice. Thanks for a great stay.

Superbe endroit original et bien place

El apartamento esta super comodo, limpio y todo lo que necesitas para unas buenas vacaciones en Santiago.

From arriving, it was noticeable that I had been put in the wrong room, I booked a superior duplex, but they put me in a signature duplex. This was evident from the pictures on Expedia. I contacted the apartment host, and they refused to move me, saying they had no other rooms. The apartment itself was disgusting. There were pubic hair in the shower and bathroom, the shower flooded the bathroom, there were soiled undewear which had been left by the previous occupants, there was dust everywhere, the glass was full of smears, the kitchen had food remants in the sink, the settee was broken and was full off food and feathers between the cushions and to top it all off, there was a massive crack in the wall. I contacted the apartment host again and they just refused to speak to me, saying the apartment had been cleaned and that as I had pre-paid, i wasnt getting any money back nor where they going to listen to Expedia.

Excelente atención por parte de los propietarios, muy atentos a mis necesidades y siempre contestaron todos mis mensajes. Muy bien equipado el departamento y la zona muy segura y tranquila.

Service and communication were excellent, but the property shows wear and tear. A dirty carpet at the entrance and some stained walls. Also having the bathroom on one floor and the bed on another is inconvenient specially when you need it at night.

I stayed here at the end of my Camiño and I absolutely loved this property! It is stunning! And close to everything! I even walked to the Cathedral from here. There is a grocery store around the corner and several restaurants within walking distance. The property manager is so responsive and got back to me within a few minutes each time! I will definitely book again!

Great modern apartment. Bed is two singles put together, and if you go to the middle it creaks. There’s too much light in the apartment when lights are switched off, from sensors and sockets. I like a room completely dark so struggled to sleep on my first night because of the light coming from the sockets and ceiling. Helpful host who’s just a message/call seay.

Big room and good locatin to go to city

This is a stunning apartment within an easy 20 min walk to the centre of Santiago de Compostella. It has secure underground parking too. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. Lovely to have a balcony as well. Anastasia was so helpful and very quick to respond to messages for which we are grateful. Good supermarket ring the corner and Mario’s cafe was good for breakfast, cakes, bread etc.
