All around excellent

Had a wonderful stay at the property however it was inundated with hundreds of kids from soccer tournaments that literally took over the whole entire lobby. Elevators hallways, and we couldn’t use the pool due to the many kids. breakfast was not very organized and desirable because it was way too many kids and food wasn’t being replenished regularly. Other than that it would have a perfect stay.

The property and rooms were very clean.

Clean, comfortable, nice and the staff was very friendly greeting me with huge smiles.

I would have enjoyed more hot breakfast options. The hotel was clean, staff was wonderful, and the room was great.

This seems to be a new property - everything is clean and nice. Desk staff were very friendly. It was easy to find and in a nice neighborhood close to a Baylor Scott and White Clinic. It's also very close to our son's new home which is a bonus for us! Wide variety of breakfast items - cheese omelets, breakfast meat (sausage or ham), breads, cereals, yogurt and mix-ins, waffles, etc. We'll definitely stay here again.

It was horrible. Room smelled like smoke and gave me headache. I am not a smoker

I enjoyed the space and cleanliness of the room. I would enjoy the breakfast more if there was a little more protein.

I was concerned about the lack of communication when a fire alarm went off.

Front desk was unoccupied during check-in. Waited for at least ten minutes before some asked if they could help. In addition, the power went in and out for 1/2 hour.. then AC did not work properly for the next hour or so.

courteous staff and clean facilities

Good stay except for Fire alarms going off and lights being turned off in the room and air off due to some power outage along with no internet or tv all night. Staff was polite and friendly and slept well and very clean.

House keeping was very friendly and helpful.
