Didn’t want to help with luggage storage

Nice hotel in the center of town. Great smelling products in the bathroom! We were only there a night so only experienced the room and the bar briefly. Everything was great.

Hotel was nice and comfortable and great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Having the wellness centre was a plus.

Unfortunately, I contacted the hotel early Saturday morning S we had had a family emergency through the early hours. I wanted to let them know that we wouldn’t be able to stay, I suggested that we move the reservation to November 8th as my husband would be staying in Glasgow on that date but I have had no response at all.

Nice place to stay, close to the old part of Glasgow

Nice clean hotel with good breakfast and dining options in a very convenient location. It’s about a ten minute walk to Buchanan Bus Station if you’re taking a tour. Staff is friendly and helpful! Just note you will have to carry your luggage up some steps coming into the hotel and getting to the lift.

Comfortable, spacious room. Manager at breakfast, Steven, always welcoming and a friendly face in the morning. Reception staff pleasant and efficient.

Nicely located hotel allowed us to spend two days exploring

The hotel was comfortable enough apart from the en-suite bathroom which was the narrowest thing you’ve ever seen. Was a potential hazard I feel as could easily bang your head getting up from the toilet!

Great city centre location. Good small lobby and bar. Room was simple, very clean and freshly appointed. Staff were warm and helpful. Perfect small hotel.
