Clean and super spacious room. Staff was friendly and polite. Ample parking lot for hotel guests.

Location wise, if you're looking for an accommodation in the city center then this is not for you. We chose this unit knowing that it's not in the city. There's IOI mall on the other side of the road. Easy to get Grab car to take you there. What we did not try to find is a convenient store within walking distance, or a nearby eatery. Suggest to grab something to eat for your breakfast the night before, although ordering food online is quite easy too if you have the app. Room: Very spacious room, one king bed and 2 twins, and there's a sofa bed. TV with some choices of channels (HBO, AXN, Cinemax, BBC, Bloomberg, etc.). Two AC's in the room. Be mindful that all power outlets are in European type, prepare your converters. Shower: Pressure water pressure. Water heater works well (make sure to read and follow the instructions on how to turn it on before you strip down, it's plastered on the wall in the shower area). 2 sets of big, medium, and small towels. They are absorbent. Shampoo and Body Wash are provided in tubes. Shower caps, toothbrush, and toothpaste are provided. Pantry is only 2 mugs, 2 small spoons, electric kettle, refrigerator. 2 bottles of water are provided for free. No bowls, plates, and cutleries provided in our room. It felt more like a hotel room than a serviced apartment. Some tea bags and Nescafe instant coffee are provided. Vending machines available at the alley in outside of the reception. Commendable acts from the house keeping team. We got a chocolate bar as welcome gesture. Thank you. And on the day we didn't want the room cleaned, we still got two bottles of water. They left them in a plastic bag and hang it at the door handle. Thank you so much!
