Smelled like smoke in the non smoking room. There was a dead cockroach in the fridge. Side table in room was falling over. Bed frame hit against wall easily

This was a good experience. Have tried Motel 6 again since because of this stay. Clean, comfortable. Nice room. Good assistance from staff. Would stay there again.

There were roaches in my room Roaches and bed bugs in the room across the hall. I have photos. Dirty sheets. I checked into a different hotel. I will never go back

Overall great stay. Mostly clean property. There were a few moments of loud folks, but mostly really quiet spot. The bed was very creaky and pretty firm but overall a comfortable sleeping experience. Hot shower and cold A/C. Only coffee available in the morning, but that's all I desired. You get what you pay for here. It's not a luxury spot, but it was a clean, quiet, comfortable friendly visit. The surrounding area isn't the best neighborhood but I didn't run into any problems. It's a great option for a traveler on a budget, and it's close to several spots in FW. Would definitely stay again.

This is a new property in Lake Worth, TX. The owners, the young men who manage the front desk, and the staff is housekeeping are very friendly and so very kind. One side of the property is Motel 6. The other side is Studio 6. The 3rd floor is for guests with dogs. We stayed here for over 2 weeks and felt like family. We would definitely come back and we highly recommend this property.

Felt very unsafe on this trip. On our first night, left our room around 4-5pm and upon arrival noticed that someone entered the room and replaced all of our towels? We were only checked in for a few hours and did not request anyone to enter the room nor to change anything or clean?? The second day around 2/3pm maintenance decided to just open our door and walk in!!! No knocks, no notices and we certainly did not request or report anything!! As a female, that is insane. Why was all of the staff so comfortable entering our room unannounced & without requesting them??? We also came into our room with the toilet covered in urine. The “new” towels that were folded on the rack were covered in dirt and had some nasty looking mystery stains on them. Bed sheets also had nasty looking stains. There was blood on the shower curtain??

Nothing special but this worked for a cheap convenient place you stay the night. It was clean.

We were charged a $3.00 fee at check-in for booking through a third party after paying in full through hotels.com. The first room we were given had glider all over the floor and bed. We were put in a different room which the shower was dirty and there was mold in the bathroom. Would never go back again.

Nobody at the counter upon arrival, while all was paid still asked some money for some shady taxes. After discussion dropped it. Room was not very clean, beds were horrible. Toilet was clogged on top of all that. Ran away as early as possible in the morning!

The property has 2 options to fit your needs motel 6 and studio 6. In my opinion was convenient! The staff there was great never had any issues with the service provided.

A short trip with friends for a 5k/half marathon in Fort Worth. The rooms were clean and worth the money we paid, but the website was not accurate regarding free breakfast. Only coffee was served. Not enough to keep us from staying here again, but still. A bit disappointed.

Have used this facility as a stopping point when driving through … its location perfect right off highway, also great location for restaurants and pharmacies if needed … less than 15 minutes from downtown… kind of a hidden gem checks off boxes for me being budget conscious. Staff always welcoming and helpful
