The receptionist was exceptionally rude and said cruel things to my guests that were traveling with me. She treated us as if we were not worthy of her hotel. That the rude woman gave us smelled strongly of mold. It was u bearable but we thought we had no choice. Then the helpful man gave us real options. Never again.
